We thought the facility was well set up. it was disappointing that our room was not clean. there were a pair of socks in the corner of the room left by the previous occupants and the products had been opened (seals broken). We understand how these things can be missed but it does make you question the overall hygiene and cleanliness. The website stated there was valet parking available which was not.

Very close to everything you need especially because its right in the city. The place itself is very good, will definitely have it again for my next holidays.

The pictures used to advertise his property are very misleading so it was underwhelming upon signing in also the details within my booking email were questioned by the receptionist and I was made to part with more of my hard and money. I showed copies of the email to the receptionist who still insisted that I had to part with another $800 which left the other parties unimpressed. Would not recommend will not recommend and won’t be returning.

In terms of your cash bond, a bond is required by each guest on check in as security on the room. This is either $500 cash or $100 by debit card. As you had two rooms booked we would generally ask for two cash bonds however as there was a miscommunication we agreed to a $500 cash bond for both rooms and this was returned upon check out. I apologise that this was not communicated clearly. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay, we hope to welcome you back soon. Sincerely, Emma
