Negative experience due to an unforeseen circumstance and inability to contact the property. No attempt of courtesy contact from hotel prior to marking booking as no show and dismissed ability to escalate and consider credit or partial refund upon gaining ability to contact. Initial discussion on the phone once ability gained, lacked compassion or understanding, regardless of the cancellation policy the response was poor.

Spotless, large apartment with excellent kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner worked well. Staff were courteous and efficient. Airport shuttle service was excellent. I would recommend if you’re using the airport as it is very close. If you’re not driving it’s a short walk from Redcliffe Transperth station.
