We loved the room and outlook. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom facilities excellent. Spacious enough for the grandies to visit! The welcome gift for my birthday was lovely. What could be improved (in our opinion) - the airconditioning control was confusing and not as warm as we would have liked. lack of a central light in the bed/ sitting area. power points for our bedside CPAP machines were behind the bed. We didn't discover this until checkout and had to use an extension cord from the little kitchenette. more black tea varieties would be appreciated - eg earl grey and a strong breakfast tea. bowls and spoons so we could organise simple breakfasts like cereal. We found the Union Kitchen unsatisfactory and the coffee was cold and bitter. a microwave would also be useful for hot snacks or reheating takeaways. It is right on the waterfront. The room and bathroom is huge. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful. Bed is a king and was so comfy. Cafes and restaurant bars were so close by. My only little complaint would be it can be a bit noisy with the cafes and bars below.

It is the views that swayed our decision

We have been to this accommodation before and have come back again for the same reason. It is in the location where we need to be at the time and it has some impressive views. The price was a little steep this time but it was a last minute decision. There are reasonable facilities around us and we will stay here again in the future

The suite was spacious and spotless with a huge covered outdoor area. Lots of dining options. Downside was the noise of the businesses, pubs etc. With the door closed it was only a low hum but I would certainly stay again. Could have used a larger fridge.
