The website said parking was $25 but we were charged $30. We had to beg to get our room cleaned even though the booking said cleaned once per stay. A great location, close to everything in Parramatta. The room was spacious with a kitchenette.

The room was good and beds comfortable. Many places in close proximity for dinner. The one issue I had was reception was left unattended after 10:00pm and there was no vending facilities to buy a bottle of water. Other than overall a good experience!

Staff were excellent! room was not how it looked on the pictures and we were not aware of the restaurant and bar being closed over the weekend, the parking was confusing and there was absolutely no information pack or booklet in the room to tell us how to use the shower or how to check out, the phone in the room also did not work.

Sofa including sofa bed in room was terrible Layout was not same as previous and space not great.
