The staff were the best. Lovely harbour bridge view with only offices around. Easy stroll to transport and circular quay. Very nice buffet breakfast available directly past the lobby area. Enjoyed the cool Indoor pool and new sauna with towels provided. Asked for housekeeping and easy front desk to ask for more supplies. Several lifts available. We were given a complimetary cake and drinks for our honeymoon. The bed was huge and comfortable.I will stay at the Marriot again!

Fantastic location. I had an opera house room for 12 days which obviously comes with a beautiful view. Reason for 4 stars not five? Hotel rooms are beginning to look and feel tired and dated (while remaining spotlessly clean). Is also a bit ‘carnage’ around reception and the lift area when the big groups arrive (believe many related to the cruise ships) - however the staff really do their best to manage this.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was ok. Room with a city view was not really any view just looking at some under construction high rise apartments.. 3 night stay and shower gel was empty on 2nd morning and were not topped up till the end. Otherwise close to Many restaurants cafes and opera house
