Pre cruise overnight stay close to the cruise terminal. Fabulous stay in a Horizon Room with a wonderful harbour view. The Horizon Lounge breakfast options were also outstanding. Staff were very professional and friendly. Recommend highly.

The room we booked had a fantastic view of the harbour. It was spacious, and very comfortable. A short walk to the Rocks with galleries, shops and great restaurants. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff complete the experience of staying at the Shangri La.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful 💫🙏 Enjoyed Happy Hour in the Lobby Bar and the drink menu and service on Level 36 Blue Bar were excellent 💫🙏

Excellent all round quality of a five star hotel. No dedicated nonsmoking area lead to guests disposing of cigarettes in public areas outside the hotel which is unacceptable

What a stay we had. We could not fault anything at the Shangri La. Be sure to head to Blu Bar for a drink at sunset. It will not disappoint. Our room was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond. We will be back
