Paid $450 a night for room with broken , non functioning air condtioner from when I first arrived. Staff admitted it didn't work but no alternative room offered and no discount for inconvenience. Was advised management would touch base but never happened. Worst experience from a supposed 4 star hotel in 40 years. Avoid at all costs

Everything and everyone good. The major trouble I had was that my cancellation for Peppers wasn’t shown and a staff member phoned several times to say that the hotel hadn’t received it. I had cancelled it and booked a cheaper room at the Sebel.
