Dear Kyle, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Please accept my apologies for the car parking and buffet breakfast. May I ask where you would have seen the buffet breakfast? I would like to quickly fix this before anyone else have an issue as we never had buffet breakfast in our hotel. Once again I am sorry to make you wait for 45 mins to get your car out. Yes we do have limited car park spot and we are working on this area to make better experience to our hotel guest.
