The check in process was exactly that. A process. There was only 1 staff member checking people into the hotel so we had to wait approx. 20mins for our turn only to be told that our room wasn't ready and a SMS would be sent when it was ready. We received the SMS after check in time at 3.15pm. Yes, it may only be 15mins in your mind, however this room wasn't cheap and we wanted to optimize the experience and room. Once the room was ready we then had to wait another 20min in line, with only 1 staff member checking people in to finally be given the details to our room. Long queues and long wait times were frustrating.

Was generally a pleasant stay. Seemed to be many lifts out of order though to get to and from the hotel rooms. It took quite a while to get out in the morning. Only two lifts were opening and were always full when they got to our floor.

Parking was an issue as I was told I was over height limit for the free parking, cost an extra $85. Awesome room , no view but worked for us, just needs an overnight stay for a wedding.
