Amazing stay! Lovely smart, clean, quiet rooms with long views to the east. Comfy beds and excellent pillow situation. Top bar downstairs with numerous little "zones" to enjoy your drink. When we stayed there was a book launch so it was lively land filled with people attending that event but this didn't detract from the space. Great service in the dining area used for breakfast - but if you like a good pastry ask for one from the cafe (perfect ham and cheese croissant) as the menu doesn't include these. Excellent location - walk through Hyde Park to the shops, art gallery, Domain, Botanic Gardens and down to Circular Quay and the Opera House. Highly recommend : )

Parking was a nightmare. Would not recommend this place if you had a car. I rang to ensure there was parking and they said they had deals and an affiliation with a carpark. Carpark was difficult to access as its on a corner with one way streets. Finally got there and it was full! Hotel offered no refund if I wanted to cancel booking. Then provided an alternative carpark. The $50 quote they gave me ended up costing me $70. Clearance into carpark was very low. 1.95m required removing surfboards from roof. Great hotel but if you have a car I would go else where. Staff are young and enthusiatic but certainly do not understand or are trained in how to clearly deal with parking. Very stressful experience
