Wow what a place! I had been recommended to stay at A by Adina and was not disappointed. The decor and service was 5 stars, room was fantastic and will definitely be coming back.

This is a cutting edge design hotel , myself and my teen grandchildren were just not cool enough to stay. Working out all the automated controls was a disaster after a day of travelling. And the lifts had no buttons and i didn't know if i was going up or down. I pity the poor people in the morning after i returned to my lounge after the bathroom to discover that the curtains had opened automatically My Executive room was cramped , it's a room for one person or couple, why have a lounge so long you could put the local NRL team on it ? Designer designer hotel specifically tailored for people who like dark , dimly lit uber cool hotels

The property has a very modern and safe feel about it, however, as I've noticed in other reviews, the lighting in the entry /concierge area and hallways is very dark....it could be brighter. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so. We had requested an early check in if possible and were told twice that we would receive a text message when ready. We then wandered around the city area for an hour and a half until I called the hotel and was told our room was ready. No text was sent at all. Our room was very cosy and modern with automated blinds and curtains and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. As classy as the rooms are there were some stains on furniture and wear on splashback that doesn't really look good for the price that is charged. Location is excellent being right next to Australia Square and great eateries and a 10 min walk to Circular Quay or 5 min to Pitt St Mall. Restaurant and bar on 22nd floor is pretty special even though we didn't get to use it. Same goes for pool and gym on 21st floor. Views from these levels are just amazing. Overall, would stay again if the right occasion calls for it 👍

The apartment rooms are kitted out with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooking facilities. So very convenient when on the move touring to refresh oneself and one’s wardrobe. Staff at reception and concierge were very pleasant but didn’t really see any one after that. On a Saturday night the bar/restaurant was solidly booked with a queue waiting for a table even at 22:00 so we did not experience their offering. Easy walking distance to Circular quay and Sydney Bridge. pop
