I was very disappointed that the TV only worked intermittently even though staff tried to fix. I also could not get the air conditioner to blow warm air, very uncomfortable

I reported on day 2 that the blind in my room was broken and I couldn’t put it up. It wasn’t fixed and I had to rig up a way of holding it up. When I mentioned it as I was checking out the receptionist laughed and said “the handyman comes today”. No help to me. It should have been fixed.

Very comfortable room, compact but with everything you need. Easy parking in side street, across the road from several great cafes and restaurants, and light rail into city. Lovely old building, stylishly renovated.

The location is excellent for our need to be close to the children’s hospital. The building is lovely and facilities are good especially the use of a kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay thank you
