The robes that were issued to us were too small - the arms were too short and the length of the robes were way too short. They were not the quality we were expecting. We loved the breakfast in the restaurant on the 5th floor however we also would have loved if that same restaurant had a dinner service available.

We paid a total of $620 for one night during the Vivid weekend in Sydney after our other booking cancelled. We had no hot water pressure, there was dirty/empty water bottles in the fridge and a discarded throat lozenge stuck to a glass. Woeful experience.

The foyer is lovely but that’s really where it finishes for us. The rooms need an upgrade, our bathroom flooded after 2 showers as the shower screen doesn’t block anything out & when laying in bed when another guest turned their tap on it was really loud noise through our room.

Gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and attentive but seemed understaffed at times. We really appreciated the opportunity to explore Sydney from such a beautiful nest. Thank you.

Woke to water pouring through a light fitting into the bath tub at 6am. Continued for 15 minutes. Towels had holes in them. One was dirty/used. Very disappointing for a property that is so highly rated.
