Had a great stay. The only let down was 2 of the 4 guest lifts were out of order for our stay from Friday to Sunday. Everyone we met mentioned the same thing. One couple had stayed many times previously and mentioned the lift breakdowns were a common problem. I have worked in the hotel industry as a maintenance office and the hotels policy is to repair the lifts as a priority. Usualy a callout to have repaired within 4 hours. This was to keep guest satisfaction. I probably won't stay here again because of the horrendous time we had trying to leave Sunday morning to make our train back home.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean. Room on the slightly small size and one staff member gave us incorrect information about when breakfast started but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast choice plus coffee (flat white) served by staff was a real bonus. Our only disappointment was the Soiree - service could be improved.

Usual efficient and convenient stop for business. Good breakfast. I left my charger and ear buds behind. The staff found it and it was returned to me with a minimum of fuss.

The check in and out staff were great - parking concierge also was a great service room is small and the bathroom more of a cupboard and tired looking - however the bed and pillows very comfortable.
