Nice hotel, walking distance for everything, Darling Harbour and the tram to Circular Quay. Little cafe adjoining make a great coffee and breakfast

I booked a business suite for a week Even though advertised to have a desk, there was none (having to do client calls sitting on the bed) when questioned the hotel manager blamed the booking engine for saying that room even though it is advertised with a desk, this is not actually correct and it only came with a chair. There was also no chair too. The room was so small, the only place to put my luggage was on the bed and there was not even glasses to have a glass of water. The drainage in the bathroom was so loud and smelly that even after covering with wet towels the sound and smell ment that I was woken through out the night. After calling the manager to my room, they offered me ear plugs…. Thank you I guess On check out I shared with the manager who suggested to give a discount on a future booking. I found this a poor solution and the experience is below the standard I would expect.

Stayed in the hotel for a convention at ICC, really quick walking distance made it very convenient going back and forth! Room was spacious and functional, perfect for 3 people. Would recommend for smash con goers or any convention in ICC!

Great stay close to what we needed to do. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful Good communication prior to arrival. Parking is available but definitely only for small to medium cars. Bed was comfy and room amenities very good.

Great location, but unfortunately there are a lot of smokers who stay at the hotel, our rooms stunk of cigarette smoke every evening and every morning, we had to call down to reception to enquire, but it made no difference.

We were in a “Suite” with a kitchen but there was only one teaspoon, 2 huge bowls ( nothing to eat cereal from) 1 large bread knife. No small knife to cut cheese or vegetables. It did not matter as we did not want to cook. Staff were very helpful. We would stay here again as very Central
