Rooms were in very old condition. Skirting board coming off in one area. Paint chipped and scrapes along walks in the hallways. Did not look properly cleaned, marks on the walls. Lounges looked grubby. Elevators in poor condition with tarps gaffa taped over the flooring and then one elevator broke during our stay. This left us waiting up to 20 minutes at a time to get an elevator out of the building. The dishwasher in the room was broken. Cutlery in the draws had food stuck to it. Good location near Darling Harbour but I would not recommend or book here again.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff! Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed. Centrally located with Darling Harbour very close by as was Town Hall etc. The pool was great fun also! Thankyou, we will be back!

Close to ICC and food venues. The whole reason we were there. Great size rooms with all required amenities. Only downside, didnt sleep well due to how hard the beds were.
