My stay here was really great! It was perfect distance to everything I needed during my time in Sydney and the customer service when the PowerPoints weren't working was speedy! It was actually bigger than I anticipated which was a pleasant surprise! I would have loved to use the spa though it was under renovations. Thank you so much, it's a beautiful location and I highly recommend it.

Was made to wait an excessive time whilst they made up a room. Property is similar to a hostel. Rubbish bin was not empty. Cups dirty and a number of little faults that detract for the property. Save yourself the effort and chose the parkroyal or Hyatt across the road for a similar price.

The picture does not show what actual place is like and there were broken appliance which was not fixed up. The big bed was made out of 2 small beds put together. It is an old hotel squeezed in kitchen and bedroom and bathroom together. The bed side lamp was even had to be turned on from the door entrance only.

The location was great. The staff were nice. Otherwise it was pretty disappointing. The bed was terrible!!! It was like lying on a wooden plank. The most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on in my life! We had booked a twin room as we are colleagues on a business trip, but the beds were pushed together anyway. The room was not cleaned AT ALL on our third night. Not nice coming back to that after being at a conference for ten hours that day. Even the beds weren't made properly let alone anything being wiped over etc. The glasses were mismatched. Things like that are really simple to fix but it felt like no effort was made. Why are there 7 sprinklers in one room? Most not even cut into the roof properly.It was not a nice room it was small and awkward. The couch had an ugly cover. There was no space to put a suitcase anywhere. It was a very small room and overpriced (the last night - the one where it wasn't cleaned cost us $315. The bathroom was tiny and very hard to move in. The toilet was ridiculous. The fridge leaked. Everything was shabby. I was actually really disappointed and couldn't wait to get home to sleep on a comfortable bed. I actually feel like we should get a partial refund as it really did not live up to what was offered on the website.
