Room was clean and all amenities available. Rooms were serviced daily and was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. As well this hotel sits in a prime location and is a great base to Darling Harbour as well as bus, trains and trams. Was a great spot to stay with my young daughter. The added benefit of a pool on site was great and allowed us to have some downtime without having to brave the heat. All up really enjoyed my stay. Was good value for money.

The power shorted out and when I notify the staff they then tried to put some blame on me. Luckily my boyfriend is a electrician and was able to tell staff what the problem was. There was water leaking from the roof that was going down the walls and into the power point in the bathroom. The power shorted out several times. The mains (power board) cover kept coming off which was dangerous. The balcony door didn't have a lock and my boyfriend said it would be no big deal because who's going to be six stories up however the next morning there was window washers on our balcony so this posed a security issue. Did not appreciate the cleaners coming early in the morning and vacuuming the rooms next to us at 8:30am when we were sleeping. Did notify the staff about the leaking sink but when the maintenance man came he said there was nothing wrong even though I showed him several times - how I put a dry tissue at the base of the bowl and when I removed it it was wet. Place is old and needs a big refurbish. Didn't sleep very well as it's very noisy inside with people banging doors all night plus the city's motorbike parking is right there so you're hearing motorbikes starting up at 6am in the morning. Pillows very lumpy. When I checked out I wanted to speak to a manager but they said the manager doesn't work on the weekend which I knew they would say something like this because I had made several complaints. Loved the free coffee and biscuits

Dirty rooms, black mold in shower and around sink.tiny rooms, extremely noisy from hallways and street. My luggage was broken and they wouldnt help. Would never recommend or stay here again. Not worth half of what u pay

Very convenient hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent. Parking was ok, but very small, we are glad we had a small car. Room itself was ok, great kitchenette and space. Pool and spa were lovely. Would stay again.

This is my second time staying at YEHS, I love the location very conveinent. The staff are polite and helpful. It is an older style hotel but is clean and Tidy. The parking is tight, I have a small car so manageable but there are people parking with bigger cars which makes it challenging and very tight in an already tight car park. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I booked a week-long stay at the Y.E.H.S. Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The pictures online did not match the reality of the property. There's a reason that the featured photo is of the restaurant next door. The room was filthy, with messy walls and a lot of dust throughout the room. The bathroom was nearly unusable, the water temperature in the shower would swing from scalding hot to cold instantly, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. The rooms were very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was there with my son, and we did not feel comfortable staying. We left after the first night because it simply wasn’t a place we could continue to sleep in. The only positive was the friendliness of the staff, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel. This property needs a major overhaul before I could recommend it to anyone.

Easy access to Darling Harbour. Lovely calm pool and spa area. Only negative is spa only went for a minute and had a few tiles missing. Spacious comfortable rooms.
