This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is Central to everything, walking distance to parks, museums, shopping and restaurants. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The rooms are a little older, but have everything you need. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is as described, older in its renovation style, but totally functional. Very close to Darling Harbour, it will be a good 30 min walk to Circular Quay, but you are close to transport and shops. Check in was great, staff very courteous and they gave me an upgrade (without asking!). Great for families if you can get a multi room stay, and a good central CBD location.

Rooms need updating, bathroom door swolen/ moisture damaged. No plug for the vanity or kitchen, they delveried a plug to the room, but didn't fit, so did the dishes in a large kitchen pot. The kitchen sink is lose from the bench top. Shower was small, and struggled for hot water.
