Great stay unfortunately the guys on the door of Zeta bar were rude , told us it was a $45 each cover charge for a Sunday 80s disco - Really !!! Then when we said that’s ok we will pay , they proceeded to say my husband had had too much to drink , I also have RSA and work in hospitality and can assure you he wasn’t it was more to the point they didn’t think we were good enough for the Zeta bar , we won’t return again sorry

Great location however expensive parking, easy access to public transport options around and centre of city fir shoppers Access to pool is complex and managed separately by fitness centre so open to public too Pool isn’t heated, spa was broken on 2 days Breakfast at Glasses is repetitive and not hoti standard for a Hilton 5 star compared to other properties I’ve stayed at, long queue to breakfast up to 10-15 on couple of days at business hours

My wife burn herself from the steam off the kettle it was a bad burn I thought this motel would of been better than it was very disappointed
