Have stayed many times at this hotel. It is in a great location in the Rocks. The hotel is looking a bit tired and needs some TLC.

The car park was full , the staff were not very helpful in respect to this , the room was run down and smelt musty, the electrical wires could be seen in the bathtub, overall the place looks very tired and rundown, the breakfast was subpar ,overall it was a very disappointing stay

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Our whole experience was lovely and the motel pretty quiet. This place is surrounded by gorgeous little cafes, restaurants, and stores. The view from the roof.. amazing!!! We will be back.

Great location; fabulous views from the rooftop with spa and swimming pool; lovely spacious foyer with happy hour bar between 4-6pm. My room was very comfortable with selection of soft and hard pillows which most likely contributed to my awesome sleep. A bit dated and in need of renovations but I had great time relaxing. Hope you will enjoy it as well.

The location of the property is fabulous as it is in the heart of The Rocks. We walked everywhere, with the bridge and Opera House popping into view at almost every turn. It’s quite close to the Circular Quay station too. The property is looking a little tired, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooftop pool looked great.

I am going to request a refund for valet parking I wasn’t informed it was $75/night The staff member that was going to get my car handed me the keys to get it myself as she couldn’t drive a manual When I went to get in my car it was parked so close to a wall I had to climb in from the passenger side to get into the driver seat
