Was not offered valet parking when I said we were driving, was offered parking two blocks away and no explanation on how the parking process works upon arrival. When leaving I went to get the car to load all of our suitcases in and was charged $70 a day. When I questioned this, staff said too bad you didn’t validate your ticket. Go stay somewhere with ample parking.

Our one night stay here was so wonderful. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and from the moment we stopped at the front of the hotel we were greeted with such friendly and kind staff. The Easter gifts and kids packs for the kids was such a lovely touch and customer service was something that we found better than anywhere we have travelled in a long time. The room was very clean and was lovely. Super comfy bed. The buffet breakfast was amazing! So much variety and attentive staff that were super fast and efficient. Food was delicious and fresh! Thank you to spark Royal for a wonderful stay. We will be sure to stay here again when visiting Sydney. The Grainger Family.
