Clean and modern room, not very large. The online picture showed a bath but ours didn't have one. Window looked out to neighbouring flats - eye to eye with people doing their washing up etc - so we kept the curtains shut most of the time. We were on the 8th floor. Generally quiet, but the cleaners could be heard vaccuming the corridor from 9.30am when we would have preferred to be sleeping in.

Happy to recommend this hotel. In particular I would like to comment on the staff. Every staff member we encountered (check in, doormen, cleaners, concierge and restaurant) were courteous, happy and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and we were close to the amenities of Darling Harbour.

The property was in a good location close to all amenities and public transportation. The room was clean and well appointed however housing keeping is a bit slow to clean and replenish fresh towels, condiments and empty bins. Buffet breakfast is very good and plenty of options although I thought the price was a bit high.

Nice hotel, although the streets around the hotel had a fair bit of rubbish. The whole process of having to cast from a device just to watch tv was ridiculous, not good for older guests. The nibbles in the club room were very limited, really not worth spending extra for. Good rooms though with a big bathroom

Good price and close to Darling Harbour, restaurants and Capitol Theatre. Staff were excellent and friendly even though they had to cope with word IT issue that occurred which effected our check-in. Rooms well appointed and had everything we needed.
