It’s hard to rate at this time as none of the facilities of the hotel were open or available due to COVID-19. We were upgraded to two family suites which was a bonus. The only thing I would improve regarding the room is the size of the shower, smallest shower I have ever seen in any hotel room of any star rating. Massive bathroom but super small shower particularly for a family suite

Every thing from the decor to the staff was bang-on. The bar was a gem and the location perfect.

Accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong dates, received no confirmation email or reminder of booking. Hotel called me a day after I was ‘supposed’ to arrive, I was sincerely apologetic and advised that we did not need the room and explained the the wrong dates had been booked in error. I asked if they could please transfer the booking to our selected travel dates (offered to provide proof of flight details etc to confirm the wrong dates were booked in error) and was met with a rude response saying to contact wotif and organise through them. So I called Wotif straight after for them to then call the hotel and the hotel apparently advised that they needed an email from Wotif requesting the change and that Wotif would contact me in max 72 hours with an answer. Two weeks goes by with no response from Wotif or Hotel and call Wotif again today (17/02) to be told that they cannot assist with my booking and then went on to say that it is my problem that the hotel called me a day after and classed the booking as a no show, when no prior correspondence was received and I offered to provide sufficient evidence of error in booking. Safe to say I will not be booking or recommending Vibe Hotel Chain or Wotif!!! Useless.

All excellent except needed to obtain menu for room service [immediately delivered to room on request] and help to adjust air conditioning as so modern had no obvious buttons to press to change temperature. Should put some explanatory info in the room for non IT competent customers. Help instantly available on request. Great service.

Junior suite was spacioul and well appointed. Only concern was that the toilet seat didn’t seem fully attached to the tiling (it would somewhat rock from side so side).

Only 1 minor issue; when booking for 3 teenagers and 2 adults- logic would put the adults in their own room so they aren’t kept awake all night by the teenagers talking all night. Or maybe that’s just me....
