This is our favourite hotel and we always start here when we're in Sydney. The staff are absolutely lovely and so thoughtful! I even had what I believe to be the best coffee I have had in my life so far, just yesterday at the Storehouse Restaurant.

The room was clean, the hotel is close to most things. The only annoying thing was the sound of doors banging from before 7am. Not sure if it was staff or other guests, but a bit more sleep would have been great. Otherwise no complaints

We paid quite a bit of money for a queen superior apartment because it was a special occasion. The spa bath didn’t work which we were so disappointed about and the air conditioning unit was loud so we turned it off through the night. We let the staff know but didn’t receive a discount or voucher. We do love the vibe and this was my 3rd time booking to stay there. Great food and lovely environment x

Old hotel has been upgraded to a modern style. good sized rooms and an actual desk, but showers are over old baths, the room service menu is decent quality and price but very limited with no desert options etc

Vibe is one of my favourite hotels in Sydney. Location is quiet but you can be in Pitt & George St in minutes Museum station is also short walk, making getting to the Harbour very quick. The size of the bathroom is more than decent for a hotel bathroom and plenty of room to shower and change and leave all your toiletries in. The staff are also lovely and accommodating.

Friendly staff on arrival and departure. Amazing room, very spacious and super comfy bed. Restaurant downstairs served delicious food and drinks. Great location, only a few minutes walk from Central Station and the heart of the city.

Our room was really nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the lobby area. We needed a refund on the breakfast for the remainder of our stay as it wasn’t very good at all. Housekeeping could be better, it seemed they just made the bed and replaced a couple of things but didn’t actually clean (bathroom remained dirty throughout the stay) and didn’t always restock teas/coffees. Had lunch at the storehouse and found it unnecessarily difficult and restrictive.
