Room was dirty! Dead pigeon sitting in the middle of the step to enter the room. Only two towels provided even though booked for 3 guests. Roll of toilet paper not replaced, red lipstick on the pillows. Would not recommend.

We just wanted a clean comfortable bed for the night and that’s what we got. Didn’t appreciate having to lug our heavy luggage up to the first floor, though (no elevator)

Good location close to public transport for a reasonable price. Room and bedding was very clean. Security building. No places to eat in close walking distance, no lift and 6 flight of stairs to level 3 - none of which were major concern to me. Major concern was "24hrs reception" is not 7 days per week. I booked based on needing late checkin as I arrived to late flight. I arrived on Thurs at 11.10pm when reception closes at 11pm - luckily I phoned to advise them late checkin and they kept someone back until I arrived.

Basic room was just what we needed for the night before flying out early the next morning. The only thing was not having any lifts so had to carry all our suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs
