Our family room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed with 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs, which was a bonus. Beds and pillows were too soft for us. Location is perfect, close to everything you need

Perhaps the quietest hotel room I've stayed in. A good restaurant, helpful staff, and a perfect location with the airport train stopping 5 minutes' walk away. Good foor in the restaurant too.

This has been the worst hotel i have stayed in especially for the $480 I paid for one night. Black mould in the shower, bed that the base is broken and nearly touchibg the floor and a breakfast buffet that at 10am was disgusting. I booked this for a wedding anniversary/birthday gift and am so disappointed and feel completely ripped off for the price i paid. Please avoid if possible.

Excellent location. Blind in main room didn't work, I asked at reception for it to be fixed. It wouldn't go up. Someone came and supposedly fixed it but once you closed it, it would not go up again. Shower door didn't close properly. Housekeeping was not consistent.
