Was given a room that wasn’t cleaned from previous guest and then when I went to bed that night in the revised room, I could swear the sheets weren’t clean. At least it smelled in the bed. Today I have bite marks on my legs. Won’t be going back

Friendly team; good location; spacious room; comfortable bed; effective aircon; good wifi. Room was at the front, so a fair bit of traffic noise overnight, especially early morning. Shower and toilet seat both needed some attention early on, but overall a good stay.

Great location. Room was nice and clean. Liked the glass bricks. Bath mat wouldn’t fit under shower door so it had to be placed further away. Water also leaked from shower onto bathroom floor. Otherwise, nice hotel.

A great location. Staff were so helpful. A special shout out to Dylan who was fantastic to deal with. Despite being on busy Oxford Street the hotel was quiet. Will definitely stay again.
