No exhaust fan in bathroom, and the shower head sprays water under the shower door, which gets all over the floor. No cutlery in room, but they did give us forms when we asked. The place looked nicely touched up for the most part. Quilt was yellow and stained.

Nothing like the pictures, extremely rude staff, the shower took 7 minutes to get warm (!!!!!!!), light flickered with strobe effects because it was faulty, filthy hairs in the towels, blinds let all the light in, felt very unwelcome and the AC sucked

Clean. Comfortable. (Elevators were out of commission) BUT THE STAFF---- They could not have been any better. Top notch!!! Willing to help with anything. They even carry your baggage up and down the stairs. Top notch. Definitely would stay here again
