We were extremely disappointed that when booking through Wotif that there was no information stating the pool was being renovated. We live in Sydney however I took the kids away for a night - and only found on arrival the pool was out of order. However the food was amazing.

Clean rooms, reasonable size, smart TV connections which supported streaming and casting which was great if you wish to use that. Marking down a star because the bathroom shower was poor. The door staff are awesome, very helpful and polite. The reception staff are arrogant and are hardline to Company policy, not at all what id expect from Australian hotel. The Hotel refused to honour my Membership, so avoiding the normal privileges. I had to pay AUD 500 $ per night for the room, of which was very mediocre, id suggest not worth more than AUD 200 $ . i had to pay AUD 67.00 $ per night for parking. No breakfast and no late check out. The best part of the building is by far the foyuer. The room was well below that standard. The room had a stocked mini bar as expected, with the over inflated prices to boot. I would not stay there again. Therd are a dozen better hotels in that immediate area.

Property is dated but it’s a nice place to stay. I would stay at the Amora again. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Note that the property is undergoing construction, but it doesn’t effect quality of stsy. Our room was very quiet.
