We got rang up a couple of days before we went to Sydney to offer us an upgrade to YEHS harbour suites We accepted the upgrade as the caller spoke the venue up really well. On arrival the property was very tired with holes in the carpet in the lift The bathrooms were small comsred to the images of YEHS hotel. Especially the shower which was tiny

Separate rooms with a lounge in middle which is great for sharing with someone but private. Signature family suite. The tiles in bathroom were cracked and shower screen replaced by clean makeshift curtain. More aesthetics but there were tiles misplaced that could cut someone’s hands so need attending to.
