Great stay with our family of 5. Spacious apartments, with everything you need. Complimentary coffee in the mornings and easy parking option.

Have stayed here before and rebooked a bigger apartment for the family. Close to everything and lovely spaciousness, immaculate apartment. Front desk are so friendly and helpful.

Great option for a couple. Bed was very comfy, kitchenette had everything you needed (including a a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a pod coffee machine). It was nice and quiet, although our room got a bit hot in the afternoon as it was in full sun. If you like a nice dark room or want to sleep in, don't count on it as the curtains are only sheer, so you will be awake with the sun. No bath, only a shower, and the room also had a washer/dryer combo machine. I chucked on washing while I was there but after trying to figure out how to use the dryer and running it for 2 hours, the clothes were still not dry (luckily there was a clothes airer). Love that it was close to shops and transport, we didn't use the car at all after we arrived until it was time to leave. Hotel is opposite Chatswood Chase, down the road from the Westfield and lots in between.

Have stayed at Silkari a number of times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately this time there were a number of issues. Some of the furniture is very badly stained and in desperate need of replacing. The air conditioning in the room was blowing out freezing cold air and was unable to be fixed so it had to be turned off and the coffee machine was not clean. As they were fully booked there was no option to move rooms either. The staff were lovely to deal with and did their best to try and remedy the situation even providing a heater to provide some warmth in our apartment. The apartment we stayed in is looking very tired and desperately needs some attention.
