The full time counter staff were especially helpful and friendly at all times. The cleaning staff responsive and willing to adjust to our requests. The room was comfortable with appropriate lighting and two comfortable chairs for two guests. The many power points made charging our devices easy.

The 2 rooms we stayed in were very big, lots of room. Staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. Food from attached cafe is delicious, i loved the convenience of room service for breakfast. No parking was available at the hotel but there was heaps of on street parking with no time limit between 4pm & 7am. Only negative was the room next to the road had a lot of traffic noise and noise from other guests walking outside the rooms was very noticeable. Would definitely stay again

So Haven qas great an older style property that had a courtyard in the middle..Rooms all updated ans a balcony. Unfortunately they had issues with the WiFi but they rang to let us know in case.we wanted to cancel. They gave us free parking fornthis. Thebbreakfast inclued was a nice treat. Would stay again. Nice quiet part of Glebe with restaurants close by ans convenience shops ans pub.

Glebe Road's so convenient for getting into Sydney. Sticklers might be bugged by worn out plumbing and dings, and a fluttering floor lamp...I was not, but I mention it here only to prompt the owners' mindfulness. Great for my one-night stay.
