Super convenient location for overnight in Sydney when transiting through the airport, priced well. Facilities dated and run down. Bathrooms mouldy and not clean, quite gross. Other guests behaved poorly, slamming doors, screaming and chatting in the hallways in the middle of the night.

Great location, close to cafes and transport. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, kitchens and dining room on level 1 were clean and spacious. Probably could do with more fridge space. Ladies Bathroom on level 3 used to slam shut which kept us awake at night but this was fixed after the problem was reported. Storage cupboards in the bunker rooms need to be repaired - 3 were broken in room 305. Excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

Quite clean & call convenient. Not too enthused about being woken up by room service having a four person morning thai chat outside my room at 9am. This was followed by three knocks on my door within 1.5 hours wanting to attend my room. Prefer being left to rest at least until 10:30am after a night out in town .

Arrived at 9pm. Room was not touched since previous guests vacated. Bins full, coffee cups dirty, beds not made. They had all day to have that done.
