I liked the hospitality and service. I was given a room on level 5 which was unpleasant to my standards. However, the staff did an excellent job in providing me a room on level 3 that was spacious and clean for a great price. Thank you.

The hotel room was very spacious, it felt more like an apartment. It was surprisingly affordable for the quality and for Sydney. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you!
