The room size and view was very good. Loved the layout. It would be fantastic if re decorated which I hope is in the pipeline. Likewise accessible food options would be nice but not a deterrent. Parking was very tight to get in and out of.. But we would like to stay again!

Very dilapidated hotel. Room was in poor condition. Broken sink, furniture was chipped, or laminate was peeling. Public areas were in a poor state, and some areas unclean. Facilities not accessible.

The $100 room deposit showed up as a cash withdrawal on the credit card with no reference to hotel Parking spaces between concrete bays and columns a hazard to bigger cars No breakfast served

The staff are kind and welcoming. The hotel it self is located in a beautiful spot. However, Air con didn’t work, rooms are dirty and need some love

The property is in dire need of revamping and TLC. It is jaded and from the 80’s in style. The location is superb. The hotel does not have a restaurant or offer any breakfast either, relying heavily on the coffee shop up the road; or the Newport hotel across the road. There is also someone/or something that sounds remarkably like a leaf blower the starts every morning at about eight to ensure you don’t sleep in. I did have a good time in the Northern Beaches but didn’t have it enriched by the hotel. A bed with a pillow was my deduction.

Property in a state of repair. Room air con didnt work properly and was hot and stuff. Mould on skirting board and room cleaning not great. Was staying for one night only so we got out as soon as we could..
