The room was clean but the window curtain was ripped. There was a issue with the first room I was given but the clerk was extremely helpful and switched the room right away. The hotel was quiet and they did provide breakfast.

There were roaches in the room so I checked out the next day so I didn’t not stay 2days. I talked to the manager and he was suppose to refund me one night and did not. The property was disgusting and did not look like the picture very disappointing

Even though the staff and the room were as expected, the room had a bed bug infestation. We raised the issue with the front desk, which they investigated and reported that there was none. It is of concern since it affected our stay, and if not corrected, it will affect the stay of other patrons.

Check in was only OK this time. Gentleman was distracted and grumbled about 3rd party having their money when we pay with card. Google shows the hotel as Permanently Closed but was advised Google is demanding $$$ to update.
