We booked for a 1 King, Non Smoking room in coastal tower, but we got 2 queens and a smoking room. The guest service did not make any changes saying they are overbooked. We didn’t have a choice as my son had volleyball tournament there and after coming back my son fell sick being in that smoking room. Very terrible service.

Reserved a Waterfront Tower room and PAID for it, but it was NOT available upon arrival at Check-In time of 4p.m. They seemed to be extremely unprepared for two major tournaments being hosted within the Casino. Very LONG line to check-in. Was given a different room which was NOT what we paid for - room was decent but wreaked of marijuana EXTREMELY BAD. Valet parking was also TERRIBEL with VERY LONG wait time upon arrival and departure.

I called the hotel yesterday to add my husband’s name to the reservation and when he tried to check in today they refused to let him check in because I was not with him. Then they told him he could check in if he agreed to take a king room instead of double room which is what I reserved. So they lied about not letting him check in and did a bait and switch.

Clean hotel however pool hours aren’t good. Great view of water from my room. Heat in rooms have mind of their own I was hot several times heat was off and would turned back on weird. I wanted to extend reservations front desk wasn’t friendly or accommodating I was told one thing then another definitely not on the same page with policies etc. Checked out
