My room was so dirty. There was hair in bathroom, the air condition made such a loud noise that I couldn’t sleep. There was dust everywhere. I usually stay at Borgata and will never stay here again. Contacted downstairs but they didn’t care. Never coming back here again.

The property is great......wanted to extend our stay EXPEDIA became the problem no real contact put me in touch with a fraud site had my card shutdown EXPEDIA WAS THE MESS......By no means was the Harrahs beautiful facility

It was cool. What I didnt like is the family pool closes at 5pm. Its mid summer. The hotel is away from the beach, so at least have the pool open later.

Had a wonderful time only thing l was disappointed at the $10 charge for the adult pool per person when they already charge for hotel fees and taxes for the resort other than that the hotel was great and will be back again !

To whom it may concern. We arrived at the property around 1:00 AM Saturday morning because of the system update. Upon checking in we received the keys to the room and the room wasn’t clean. I’ll call housekeeping. The person on the phone said they will send somebody up… no one never came so later Saturday is time to get the room clean again. my husband and I went out didn’t get back to the room till after three, I had to call back down to housekeeping so we can get our room clean. Our room is clean only one time the whole time we stayed there and we asked for assistant good night before. We paid too much money to receive terrible service.

Costly dining, housekeeping never came, charges for items like pool and parking which we thought were covered by a "resort"fee, food just ordinary even those places with big name celebrity chefs.
