Room was nice and clean, bathroom very outdated. We were woken up three times in the night by guests screaming right outside of our room, one of those times was someone being kicked out of the hotel for smoking in the hallway (which we smelled) The waterpark was beautiful, but all of the other common areas were very rundown.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. My only complaint was the fact that there aren't a lot of restaurants on-site. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Pillows on the bed smelled like mildew. none of the arcade games worked and we spent a lot of money there. you also had to pay $30 for parking with no discount for having a room. the room was so hot when we got there and due to the pillow having a smell, the entire room smelled that way. staff was not really around and nothing was open as late as it said it was. almost everything seemed off and closed on sunday.

I stayed here years ago and remembered it as a very nice hotel, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this recent stay did not meet the same expectations. We experienced some unwelcome guests in our rooms, which was disappointing. While the hotel would benefit from updating and more thorough cleaning, I would like to note that the front desk staff was very helpful. The property has great potential, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

Yes they gave us old towels to use than should have been in the trash and also a torn up blanket once we took the top sheet off we noticed it. I know the showboat makes enough money to make sure customers are satisfied so i dont know what occured this weekend.
