They have a $59 per person per day water park in the hotel so there is no pool or hot tub for people staying at the hotel unless you want to pay daily. The Saturday breakfast buffet was cold, eggs were room temp, french toast was soggy and refrigerator cold with nothing there to heat it up before eating. Hash browns were greasy and room temp. Most items were in covered servers but not heated. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but you couldn't get down the hall without coughing on Marijuana smoke in the hall and coming from some of the rooms. Even though the room was non-smoking, the smoke from the hall was very prominent in the room. Supposedly there was a spa but the spa and fitness center was closed off due to an event there. There is no casino there anymore but there is a casino on either side just a short walk away. There is a $30+ nightly resort fee and $25 daily parking fee. The resort fee supposedly pays for the game room that is open to the public and the fitness center that was unavailable. If you have kids, this might be an ok place for them.

It’s awful how there is at most 3 elevators working. Takes 30 mins just to get to your room. Had to walk down 14 flights with luggage just to leave.

Hotel lobby is dirty and not welcoming, elevators was dirty and not working properly. My suite was clean and comfy. The shower did require some maintenance/chalking. Ice machines didn’t work on 3/4 of all the floors. The hotel is good for kids activities

The reason for my stay was to attend a concert on the boardwalk. When I returned to my room took a shower got into bed when I noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall near the TV. I killed the roach with my sandal. Got back into bed, and the other double bed in my room was another roach crawling on the pillow / luckily I was able to videotape this videotape…. Pack my bags immediately went down to the front desk they offered no resolution other than they will reimburse me refund me. They were not able to give me any type of email confirmation regarding this refund. I was highly disappointed to find two roaches in my room second apart. This is terrible and poor conditions for a supposedly luxury hotel. I plan to follow up by emailing the management the information was provided by Miss Alba the desk clerk.

While the staff was very pleasant and helpful the property is loud, old and the costs were less than other Casino properties, I won't stay here again. The room was clean and the view of the Ocean nice HOWEVER The elevators didn't work properly, The bathroom sinks both didn't drain properly (very slow), Most of the bars and the resraurants are no longer open. The bar that was open was very limited as to what it had and the bartender either couldn't understand me ( I grew up in Philly so ...) or didn't know what vermouth is.The windows near the garage elevators must not have been cleaned in years. For the hundreds of dollars spent for a two night stay, I expect better.

I was very unsatisfied I arrived early to a room that was not handicap accessible I asked where Ada they promised that I would get Ada they wanted to upgrade me because I had to wait to a suite that was not comfortable to what I needed very dissatisfied with the bathroom the tub property needs a lot of upgrades for the prices that they want

The hotel is old and dirty. Carpets are taped up walls have chips and holes . Dirty walls and doors. Our room smelled horrible and when we turned the water on in our shower the water came out brown at first. I thought when they “reopened” they renovated a bit. It’s a dumo
