I booked a standard room but it was large and very comfortable, clean, good beds, powerful shower (most hotels have a lousy sprinkler type shower). It was my 2nd stay and shall come back again.

The hotel had limited staff and limited dining options. There was a huge gap under the door that I had to cover every night with a towel. At on point I had to stop sleeping in the bed and ending up sleeping on the couch because whatever they used to clean the bedding with, I had an allergic reaction to and every time I woke up I had red, bloodshot, itchy eyes that were swollen. At check out, everyone else in the hotel was checking out too that day and I had to wait over 20 minutes for the elevator because there was only a few elevator cars that were working out of the 6 that they had. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel after the experience I had and if I could have asked for a refund I definitely would have. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Plan on paying extra for everything! Towels, waterpark, etc. everything is non refundable even if the mistake is made by them. Most of the staff either doesn’t speak English or is not allowed to talk to guest. Bed is low, lumpy and uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. Arcade has great racing staff but most machines are broke and eat your coin and guess what they are no refunds and there is no sign on broken machines. If you pay for late check out they lock you out at check out and then you have to find a guest to work the elevator to go down and prove you paid then they will let you back in to get your stuff. Waterpark has horrible hours. Closes early and opens late. Parking is extra and is a walk. Board walk is nice. No a property I would take my family back too

Didn't know would miss coffee machine. But I did. Staff was courteous and friendly, when arriving , I was struggling with luggage..and when I asked for replace towels, they were handed to me at the lobby desk,with no assistance getting to my room on the 18th floor . It was the struggle bus...my luggage kept getting caught on ragged taped down area rugs.

The first room 2113 was terrible. The heat did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk, wait in line, and then get another room 1127. So two stars lost for the inconvenience, of an hour lost! Second room was decent, but the bed was terrible! Another lost star. This is a TERRIBLE place to stay. Don't DO IT!
