During our stay, we experience so many roaches in our bedroom it was our son’s birthday and we brought his birthday cake we stepped out the room to go to the Arcade we came back up to sing him happy birthday and there was roaches on his birthday we had to trash his cake we paid $200 for his cake we were unable to even get a single bit of it he was so upset. The arcade and water park was very nice the food was great the bed were very small and low to the ground no fitted sheets so the sheets would not stay in the bed I did not want my skin to touch the actual mattress so it was not comfortable to sleep. The staff we very nice at very part of the hotel that was the best part as my son is autistic he had some behavior and they were very understanding overall we will definitely come back to the arcade and the waterpark would probably stay at another hotel for the room

Rooms in good condition, people were nice and the arcade was great. Had solicitors working a “booth” on the boardwalk side both inside the hotel and outside the hotel. Trying to sell us on timeshare properties (which we had to figure out on our own that’s what they were selling. They made it sound like they just wanted us to take a tour of this new hotel in town, “Flagship” or something and try to sell us on our next vacation). We had to dodge them every time we were walking in or out of the building. We have a dog so we had to do that quite a bit. They tried to bribe us with free dinners, 100$ cash and a free 3 night stay at some other hotel. But then wanted to know our households anual income, and to “see a major credit card or debit card”?! All the while telling us we were under no obligation to purchase anything. It was quite sketchy. I loved my stay at the hotel, but they should not allow these people to work inside their lobby and hassle their guests.
