There’s nothing for adults to do. We did EVERYTHING outside of the hotel. No restaurants unless you want nasty pizza and burgers. Check in was 4pm. We arrived at 4:38pm for our anniversary. There was easily 100 ppl in line waiting to get checked in. So we wasted TWO hours!! Our compensation was ONE slice of pizza for 2 ppl! Just ghetto! The room across from ours was open all evening because of renovations. The spa sent me two hotels down to get a 2 hour pedicure.. further taking away quality time! The shower head was from the ceiling! I DID NOT WANT MY HAIR WET! There were no other options! Thank God for the Hard Rock being next door! We ate and gambled there. Showboat had no gambling machines except for the arcade for kids. And it was our anniversary. They offered NOTHING!! Never again

When we checked in July 22 the line was super long, only 3 people working behind the counter. While on line to check in 2 arguments/fights broke out security didn’t do anything. After a while on line Hotel staff came around and gave out arcade cards good for 15 mins. Well the two I received didn’t work at all. Went back to the counter they lady gave me two more they still didn’t work. The outlets in the room are no good. This was by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty, our bed was broke and was unbelievable uncomfortable. They only put a flat sheet on the bed instead of a fitted sheet. This was done in both rooms i booked.The AC unit wouldn't cool the room below 69. One of our rooms the electric outlets wouldn't work.The carpets were stained and house keeping never came. We always had to call and request towels. The elevators are broke and the ones that work are very slow. The pool is closed, the water park wasn't worth the money and several of the restaurants are permanently closed. I will never return and would never recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favor and pick any other hotel on the strop.

What a huge disappointment! No more casino, but "family friendly" resort. How do you have a hotel and there are NO dining options? The water park opened at 1pm on a Thursday; arcade didn't open til 11am; hotel was dirty; a hassle to check in. My room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours after the check in time and while we were waiting in the lobby, another hotel guest's dogs attacked my dog and no one gave a crap. Our shower was broken, had to make our own do not disturb sign. Just an overall let down.
