We did not have hot water in the morning for our showers. We called and an employee came and told us that it takes long to get hot. I informed him that I did, I took a shower and it was only warm. He then said that in the morning a pit of people are using the hot water so it must have run out. He then suggested we wait for the water to get hot but it was too late!!! We had already attempted to take our showers. Also, the sofa had a stain on it, the desk drawer handle was broken. The hotel definitely needs to be at least cleaned properly and/ or upgraded!!! It was very worn out. Not happy, we will never return or suggest that anyone stays here. We would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

First of all the wait time to make it upstairs because only 3 elevators was working was horrible, I get upstairs the pillows were so flat the sheets were dirty every time I needed something I had to take the elevator back down and walk a mile to the front desk, the phone in the room was outdated didn’t even work, Me and my kids body was aching because the beds was so hard not comfortable at all it was the worst experience and I felt so bad for my kids. The only thing we enjoyed was the arcade that’s it even the food sucks we got pizza and had to throw it out. There is no pool this hotel was the worst if I could have left the first night I would have.

Upon arrival we had to wait over 10 minutes for the valet to come and take our car. And we arrived at 7pm. There was no bell servieces and me and my sister with 2 toddlers had to roll that huge cart all the way up to our room by ourselves. Next only 3 of the 6 elevators were working. So that took another 10 or so minutes to wait for 1 to come. We we got to our room it was severly outdated and thing needed immediate repair. Like serversl of the lights were not working. Floor boards were chiping spaces on the wood floor had gaps. Just okd and run down. I paid for a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed. And we didnt get that. When i went to complain i was told that they could send me a roll away bed or put me in another room that they couldnt guarantee if it had thr room that I actually paid for. Next one of the balcony doors didnt even lock! [Which i didnt notice until checkout ] so dangerous with the little kids. Next the water park doesnt have a lot to do for kids under 42 inches. They make people poor out the wayer that you put in your childs sippy cup so that you sre forces to pay for $4 water in the park. Horrible service rides were randomly shut down without notice. The staff doesnt know what they are doing. Prices for arcade games are cheap and the worst ive seen in a long time. Im only giving it 2 stars because the view from my corner balcony room was stunning and my kids had a blast be ause they are little and dont know any better

A lot of machines and areas were not in service. The rooms are not as described faced many inconveniences taking time away from my trip to see reception / front desk on numerous occasions .

Everything was well organized, and the staff handled the crowds professionally. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. There’s so much to do without even leaving the property. Truly a five-star experience!

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach stay, this is the place. The oceanfront location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. My room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is laid-back but still exciting. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back.
