Beware Maintenance issues!

Rooms need to be maintained better. In our room the shower door apparently was replaced with an oversized door which did not close letting water to flow onto the marble floor. My wife walked into the bathroom and didn’t notice the water on the floor and slipped which I caught her in time! I spoke to the manager on duty and she couldn’t have cared and immediately interrupted and said I’ll give you another room!

I appreciated the smooth check-in process! Also, the hotel accommodated us with a later checkout. My only gripe is the availability of bellman. They had a limited amount of bellman who could assist us with our bags, so we carried them to our room.

I found all staff very helpful, when asking any questions. They had direction brochures for dining. The upscale dining restraunts were wonderful. Shopping center was nice. Bed was absolutely comfortable as well as the pillows This resort is definetely worth checking out.
