Check in time is 4:00 pm .The hotel said no rooms were ready to check in at 4:00PM. The woman at the front desk told me that check in time starts at four o'clock. I did not get a room until five o'clock and I had a show to go to that evening as well as dinner. Very poor customer service. I informed the woman that Check-in time is at 4 o'clock and that a room should be ready at that time because you make people check out at 11:00 am, which gives the hotel staff five hours to get a room ready. I definitely will not be going back to this hotel.

The check-in process was very disappointing. We were unable to check in using the app because we kept hitting an issue and found out at the front desk that was because the hotel was fully booked. We were also told upon check-in that they had sold out of all non-smoking rooms, despite the fact that we booked a non-smoking room, and had to wait for the concierge to make another room available on a non-smoking floor making us late for our concert. Based on what she shared with us, the only reason we were able to secure the room we actually booked instead of being shoved into a smoking room was because we booked through Expedia so thank you for that. The room we did get had a squeaking refrigerator, smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and had dirt on the walls and window. The towels in the bathroom also had tears. Gone are the days of Luxury. For the price of a one night stay - particularly considering all the additional taxes and resort fees - I honestly expected a lot better.

Tje place is very nice. But I had a disappointing experience this time. I surprise a family member who was visiting and I gave them as a gift for they anniversary a stay at Borgata but spa was closed for maintenance and they could use the next door hotel. But never was told it at the check in. I called and complain why they couldn’t use and they told me that. But them was too late. They forgot
