A water pipe burst on the 19th floor and the hotel was without water from 1 AM in the morning till around noon time the next day it also caused for the elevators not to operate so the entire hotel was running off the two elevators, the lack of communication from management Was not good. It was extremely inconvenient and the hotel did nothing to compensate anyone whatsoever.

Room was clean and comfortable. Issue with water on Saturday, 26Apr forced us to leave (no running water, including toilets) made for unsanitary conditions. one of 6 elevators were working (safety issue. i personally observed 3 homeless people in corridors leading from garage to the hotel lobby saturday morning (safety issue)

I love that this hotel was so antique. The pool was nice. Needs more towels in the pool area but still very nice amenities like cabanas and tables. The furniture was very antique and beautiful. Elevator was fast. Rooftop area was nice. Two restaurants on site.

I bet this place was great place to stay in its prime. The place would be beautiful if it was kept up. Unfortunately it’s was pretty dirty all over the hotel. Thankfully the bed in our room was clean, but everything else was a mess (ex. trash and dirt were all over the floors throughout the hotel. Our bathroom had clumps of hair all over the floor and shower from the previous guests. The pool was super cloudy and had so much hair and grime floating on the top of the water. Just messy) I will say the staff was really nice when we checked in and checked out.

My last visit was very disappointing. There was no water available for 24hrs. The vent in the bathroom fell off, my wife almost got injured. When I reported it they said that’s there’s nothing they can do. No reimbursement was offered.
