There was a party in the room next to me so I couldn’t sleep and had to call the front desk twice for them to call security. Not the hotels fault but kind of ruined my night.

This hotel has seen better days. An absolute maze of working and non working elevators and corridors leading generally toward but never directly to the place you’re looking for. Rooftop bar could be cool if you didn’t need to wait 12-15 mins to take the elevator up to a floor close to but not too close to the roof so you can take the stairs the rest of the way. Hardly even a sign to follow for directions let alone an apology for the appearance during the “renovations?” Then the hotel staff letting homeless addicts roam around the place in the elevators n everything. And the friggen attendant at the indoor pool? Having the audacity to ask us if we have a room there?!

Outside area had alot of trash. Staff was not helpful, alittle rude i may add. The elevators was not working properly. My room was on the 9th floor, had to use stairs.

Decent Hotel. Worth a stay.

The property was nice with a classical style. It all needs a little TLC. The hotel is old but in ok shape. Everything kind of needs a little maintenance and polishing but its not a bad place to stay.

We wanted to enjoy an evening on the rooftop outdoor cocktail lounge. The designated elevator for that area was not working. The front desk told us to take the regular elevator to the 21st floor and take “6” steps up the stairs. Not six steps, but 5 floors!! Very disappointed. We had a very nice dinner in the Twenties restaurant, but waited 20 minutes for the elevator to bring us back to our floor. Found dog poop in the elevator. We informed the front desk. They never had it cleaned up. Our first and last stay at the Claridge!
