I come down all the time to Atlantic City this time once again I stayed at the Claridge 18th floor for my pool tournament. I waited over an hour for check-in at the desk. Then all the elevators were broken and elevator got stuck. I got stuck in an elevator, I feel like I should be compensated for something all the money and time I spend down there and I always stay at the Claridge or Bally’s thank you. 609-713-5545

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and also the last. Each time I stayed at this hotel, there all problems with the elevators. There are only a few elevators working which causes extreme delays in getting to and from your room. Also, the water in the shower does not get hot. I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Interesting spot, wanna go back to check out pool. Had a rooftop area seemed pretty cool, there is bar, when i went up there karaoke was going on. In summer i bet nice to be up on rooftop with the wrapping views outdoor

Starting by the welcome in the hotel reception, the people were rude. We went in so happily for our getaway with smiles, but the receptionist was rude. They informed us not to drink tap water, and we would have to buy water from the provided vending machines, at 4 $ a bottle ,however the vending machines didn't have any water. When we asked about that ,the man simply said i don't know. So anytime we needed water we had to go to the casino, tip the waiter to bring us water. No restaurants open besides two. Pizza and submarine. Pizza was delicious must say. The hotel is old. Not up to date. In general the atmosphere was not nice. Making our stat unpleasant. . Definitely will not be returning.

First time staying and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the more negative reviews. I would happily stay here again. The only issue was the elevators were very slow so we just took the stairs. Overall clean, ballys casino was awesome, food options were good.

It had a real bad smell in the hallway going to the room smoke, elevator are very old took for ever to close the door. Room was really dirty

The hotel is in a great location, close to other casinos, hospital and stores. However the elevators, building, and facilities are decaying. The best thing is the vue. The bartenders are awesome. The pool also was a perfect temperature

There was no hot water during our stay. I understand it was cold but Friday night a steady group of people came in and the water should have been flowing through the pipes. The hallway we were in was half under construction. I thought they could have put us elsewhere and been out of way. I also found there to be a lot of walking between the garage and the hotel. There were no working ice machines on each floor. I love the hotel being vintage but they need to step it up. I ended up cutting my trip short to go home to a hot shower.
