We stayed in the Boardwalk Empire suite which has a jacuzzi tub. Room was clean but starting to look like it needed a makeover. Things were definitely looking worn like the furniture and walls. Bed was not very comfortable but the pillows were amazing!!! The elevators were very slow and confusing when coming in from parking garage to get to lobby check in. Over all stay was ok.

Awful.
Where do I even start. Checking in went smooth. Then the nightmare started. First I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you like waiting 10-15 minutes at a time just for an elevator to arrive. We went to our room and it was dark. We had two broken lamps out of four. The bed was like a rock. There was no fitted sheet for the mattress so we ended up sleeping on an old mattress. Then I go to the lobby to speak to someone about the price of my room because I got charged way more than what was in my email price. And the gentleman at the desk was nothing but rude. He rolled his eyes at me and laughed at me. And was no help whatsoever. We have stayed here in the past but never again. I was so disappointed with my weekend. There was a pool tournament going on at the same time while we were there and every person we spoke to had nothing nice to say about this hotel either. If you want to be disappointed all around then stay here !

The Vue rooftop bar was great, very friendly bartenders. The 20's themed restaurant had fantastic breakfast. The rooms were very spacious with an amazing view of the boardwalk and ocean, when it wasn't foggy :-) would have been nice to have a dresser or desk. Indoor heated pool was great. Definitely will stay here if we go to AC again

Hotel is in a great location (right on the boardwalk) its a very “retro” style hotel in comparison to the others in the area. Facility could use a little TLC but overall its a good option.
