We had an Ocean View room on the 35th Floor. The view was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the tub/shower combo was a little difficult to access.This was the first time in years that there wasn't a walk in shower in the bathroom.

Not the Lenox city Boardwalk that I remember as a teenager Noticed strung out individuals overuse of drugs on the boardwalk itself! Not recommended for small children glad they are in school at this time of the year!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hard Rock. The room was clean which I enjoyed. The room definitely needs updated or refreshed. There is scuff marks on the walls, closets, etc. The check in was not ideal. This was my first time staying here and I had no idea how the parking worked, and it was not explained at check in. I came back later and was given a parking pass after we already paid twice. It would be helpful if things were explained better. I wasn't given any information on the hotel, wifi, dining, nothing. To get to your room from the garage is a process and will take 15 minutes. Overall I enjoyed my stay but improvements can be made.
