Steps from ocean pier with rides, games and food. Beach bar across the street. Terrace at Hard Rock has great views of the Ocean. Ventilation system at Hard Rock is good, only smelled smoke when walking past active smokers. Great security at guest room elevators. 24/7 bakery was very nice- they had sandwiches to simple pastries, to grab and go. Awesome collection of celebrity memorabilia.

Rooms were fine but others like Ocean and Borgata are much nicer. The casino, dining and shops are very confusingly laid out with poor signage and the staff had no clue where some shops were. Parking garage is a mess and too confusing. Got lost for 30 minutes until we asked a worker who told us we were in the wrong garage (even though both are marked with the same numbers and letters). Room bathroom is like a motel, not an upscale hotel. Would not return.

I booked 4 rooms for my son's 25th and his 13 other friends. I spent two weeks trying to get rooms together, to one ever called me back. I also tried to get someone to help me make a group dinner after filling out the group dining form 4 time, no one ever responded. Then I left a message with staff, the spent an hour waiting to hear from someone - never happened. I had to arrange the dinner at another hotel
