I would like to report an incident that happened today. A housekeeper knocked on our door but did not wait for a response before entering. They also did not identify themselves as housekeeping. This resulted in them walking in on my boyfriend and I, which was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a violation of our privacy. Please remind your staff to wait for a verbal response before entering and to clearly identify themselves. Thank you.
