Arrived at check in around 5 something the line was ridiculously long. Only 3 people at the desk to check people in. Once i checked in i was given a room on the 11th floor Went in to the room. Room was ok but outdated. Fridge was not getting cold. The room phone was not working. The next morning i called the front desk using my cell phone to let them know the issues i was having with the room. We were able to switch room and we had to repack and on to the next room. We were given a room on the 21st fl. Room were much better and lighting was better. Im disappointed because we were charged daily resort fees. How can you charge a resort fee for a basement gym style and No pool. Pool only open in the summer. So to me its a rip off. Limited restaurants no entertainment until the weekend. One positive thing about my trip was vic and Anthony steak house. The food was great. The service was great a lil pricey but overall good amount of foos to fill uou up. The hotel is good enough for a weekend trip not a week vacation stay.

The room was very nice, but next time I will definitely not get an adjoining room. The people were up until 3 AM, and the walls must be paper thin, because I could hear their entire conversations.
