The rooms were very clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the hotel offers free parking unlike many in the area. We did dine at a couple of the restaurants but would not recommend them. The hotel and casino itself was excellent.

Be aware if you make a reservation through Expedia. The hotel will request to hold $100. I paid the $100 with my bank card. Today I realized $135 was taken. When I called to inquire what the $35 was for,I was told it was a hotel charge for staying at the hotel. Go figure.

Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standards I expected, and I would like to bring this issue to your attention this was very inconvenient and frustrating as I had to travel long distance and was looking forward for the best stayed. This made it difficult for me to get a good nights sleep and left me feeling exhausted the next day for the two following nights the heater in the room was not at room temperature it was very overwhelming, The engineer came to fix it and was not able to fix it. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and did not feel that I have received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate attention to address this issue and ensure that future guests do not have the same negative experience. Due to the experience I would like to be accommodated for two nights stay.

Everything was great, besides the room not having heat. It was extremely cold, which I did not report. I would recommend friends there. However, next time I will make sure to inform the staff about the issue with the heating to ensure a more comfortable stay for myself and others. Overall, the hotel had excellent service and amenities, and I enjoyed my time there despite the chilly room. I look forward to visiting again in the future. The music was also a vibe.
