The room was ready at check-in, clean and well furnished. Front desk was unresponsive by phone, however when I went to the front desk, there were 3 staff members there with no customers. Bill's Bar & Burger closed at 7:30 when the front desk and website states an 8:00 closing time. We had to eat at Michael Patricks which had over priced, tasteless pizza and wings. Three cashiers at the restaurants and store were too busy on their cell phones to help us.

We stayed here to spend time at Brigantine and not have to drive home the same day. The hotel was very nice. The decor is very dark. Kind of depressing to be honest. The man at the hotel desk was AWFUL. Rude bordering on hostile. Did not provide any info about the hotel or amenities, or about the $100 “holding” charge that was charged to me at the desk. When I returned to ask about it he stated it was not a charge but a holding charge. Very unpleasant man. Very poor customer service skills. The lady we checked out with this morning was lovely and professional I am happy to say.
