What I didn't like was all of a sudden at a certain time you had to tap your room key at a security checkpoint that randomly popped up later in the evening. Everyone can freely walk back and forth then all of a sudden they asking for the room key. If that is the rule then let them do that all of the time. Not at a certain time.

We will definitely be staying here again. The staff here are very friendly and pleasant. Our hotel room was clean and we had plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay. We utilized the pool and H2O pool and bar. The bar staff were super and made our time there a lot of fun. We ate at the Chart House for dinner and the food was excellent. Our waiter Anthony provided us with a fantastic dining experience. You can’t beat the free self parking. You can come and as you please without the hassle. Highly recommend this hotel and the Chart House.

Overall to say I was very underwhelmed by the hotel in general. It needed an update about 20 years ago. The room had a beautiful view of the roof with small astroturf circles. The smell of smoke on the entire hotel is disturbingly strong. My bathroom had a leak from the room above me on the 8th floor. I brought this to the attention of the hotel and was told to just keep a towel down for the dirty water dripping on my floor. I personally never try to give bad reviews but this took the cake. Limited outlets on rooms. No paperwork for room service or amenities in the room. I could go on and on but I was very very let down. I also don’t like that only at certain times are people being checked for actually having a room to gain access to the rooms. That’s just not keeping your patrons safe. I can do 3 of 5 and that is being very kind. I wish I could say something to make you stay at the nugget over the comps o have stayed at in AC but i can’t. Shocked our room wasn’t moved or at least attempted to be repaired when toilet water is dripping on our heads. That’s just shocking to me.

We had a small issue with our room during our stay, and the hotel manager handled it with such professionalism and kindness. From the moment we brought it up, they were attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and it truly made our experience memorable. We left feeling well taken care of and very grateful.

Free parking a plus!

Easy to navigate, free parking huge plus! Beds were comfortable, shower great, room clean. What we didn’t like: NO food options after 10pm on a Thursday. Paper thin walls. Temperature control in room was terrible, it was either hot or cold. Wanted a bay view, kinda got it, mainly saw parking garage. Would stay here again if got a great deal!
