All the staff I encountered -at check in at the front desk - Michael's for breakfast - were friendly. I just would have liked for the walkways to smell nicer upon arrival. There is a smell of smoke that is off-putting in the main areas. I didn't notice it though on the 14th floor hallway thankfully. Our room was spacious and clean. It had a leather couch and large windows. It was just right. We would stay again.
