Due to the storm, all of our events in Atlantic City had been cancelled. We attempted to cancel with The Golden Nugget immediately, as soon as we found this out. We were just twenty - four hours after the cancellation deadline, though even with this blizzard emergency The Golden Nugget apparently would not budge, and insisted on keeping our money. This will weigh into our considerations as to where to stay once our Atlantic City events are re - scheduledstay

Front desk staff was friendly/professional. I was disappointed in cleanliness of my room. There was hair (not mine) in bathroom…counter, sink, tub, floor. I had to wipe down my own bathroom, which made me believe rest of room wasn’t cleaned, well.

I have been to Atlantic City many times & Golden Nugget by far is one of the best stays I ever had . Beatiful facilities, great view of water, quiet as compared to other hotels , restaurants conveniently located in hotels, rooms are spacious , bathroom is very fancy , valet service is quick & easy

For the rate I was charged , the room was horrible . Bed was very uncomfortable limited cable channels, took minutes to get hot water tube was very high off the ground. Never enough coffee supplied nor sugar creamers etc....
