This is a difficult review to write. We had a great time and we love the hotel. BUT our room was not cleaned well and given that our room rate was $584/night I was very disappointed . The fridge had a half finished Starbucks drink in it, there was hair on the bathroom floor and the lampshade next to the bed was torn in a number of places - like the lamp was dropped and the shade crushed. Any one of those would be easy to see as a mistake, but combined together it looked awful. Too bad, because the room was large and comfortable and we had a great time at the hotel/casino. I’d probably give it a second chance and hope it was just a fluke.

Best place to stay in Atlantic City. My room was spacious, clean, renovated and all staff is well trained. I had to go to Atlantic City for a conference so it was not a choice destination. I was very surprised how inviting Ocean is and beautiful property inside and out. I felt safe on property.
