The water pressure in the rooms is terrible. It tripled our shower time! The shampoo and conditioner in the room will make your hair LIKE STRAW!! My daughter and I couldnt even get a brush through our hair, even after putting a significant amount of conditioner in our hair. Since when do you not have the luxury of a coffee pot in hotel rooms!? I enjoy my coffe first thing in the morning. I was so upset to have to get dressed and go down to the lobby as soon as I woke up for a cup of coffee. No robes on the room, every hotel I have ever staying in has complementary robes to wear while on the room. Very disappointed
