Patty at the front desk was awesome! She helped me secure a room when I clearly eas the one who made the booking error. She was able to get me a great room and even helped me check in a little early as I had explained to her I had a long ride. I always have a great time when I visit the resort and people like Patty go a long way as to why!

The resort is big and a little confusing to navigate. Restaurants aren't open at all times, so we ordered room service twice, which was actuality really good. It was nice having a 2 hour adults only time in the pool, with a hot tub outside. Fridge in room was convenient and the bed was super comfortable (even though there was no mattress cover on it). The pier is at least a 15 minute walk unless you pay for a "taxi" on the boardwalk. The tv has only basic cable and after 3 days we got a little bored after blowing our money on gambling, food and booze. Nothing in the resort is inexpensive. The whole town is pretty run down, but if you like the beach I can see the appeal. This probably the nicest place to stay on boardwalk.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our room was on the higher floor and I enjoyed the view. It would be nice to have complimentary bathrobes however is not provided. On our first day in the Eclipse Pool we were disappointed to see the water was unclean with hairballs and various trash like cups and straws and plastic sharp items. The H2 pool wasn’t open however we observed a large flock of Seagulls bathing and defecating in the pool and surrounding areas. The food and drinks in the restaurants are way overpriced for mediocre quality however we were able to find some happy hour specials. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful…shout out to Carmen for making it a pleasant stay. We had a nice vacation and will return.

Front desk was way too slow on service. Everything was overpriced and added luxury and tourist tax was ridiculous. Cabana private pool which charged extra to be there has a dirty pool and very slow service.
