The new rooms are spacious the bed is comfy ! Stains on sheets and towels ice machine didnt work on my floor . Check in was good because we came to the VIP check in they told us we could use that lines was extremely long also long wait for to check out ! Staff was nice ! I like the having to use the room key to go upstairs feel very safe !

The property itself is fine but the check in process took a lot longer than needed and then I was assigned a room with no windows which is unheard of. When i called the front the desk I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then told in order to change the room I would have to wait back in the long line
