Just like a good Motel.
The soundproofing was disappointingly inadequate, as I could hear conversations and TV noise from the neighboring room(They were people of somewhat older age whose voices were not particularly loud). The cleanliness also didn't meet my expectations. Additionally There are extra charges for the spa/pool amenities, which may not justify the expense.

They told me up at my arrival that the room that I got from Expedia was the lowest in quality and in that the only way to get a window was getting upgraded Normally pools are included in all major hotel world wide but here you will have to pay a separate fee of $25 per persons

Our stay wasn’t very good. The room wasn’t clean the floor wasn’t vacuum and the phone wasn’t wiped off it was just disgusting. We did get moved to a different room also there was a homeless female sleeping in the stairwell which scared my wife.

Pool was 21 and we couldnt use it with our child , fridge didn't work at all.room was filthy, pubic hair in the bathroom, carpet was not vacumed, half toilet paper after previous guest was left for us, mold and old dust everywhere. Not worth at all to pay $1300 for 3 nights. no thanks

Front Desk is a nightmare....Unpleasant, and Not Helpful. I paid Full price++ for one night stay, was charged Resort fee, But couldn't use any Facilities -- Pool is by reservations and extra payments, Spa closes at 5pm, even though Check in is at 4pm....There is No Fun or pleasant vibe staying at this Hotel. Remodeled room was Nice.

Checking in was a nightmare! Pre check in machines were either broke or over crowded. Got there on the agreed early time of 11:00 AM. Landed up registering at the desk regardless. Waited in line while hotel constantly keep putting their special guests ahead of the line while you wait and get treated like a second class citizen. Don't fall for the $30 check in early fee scam! We had agreed to 11:00 am arrival, got there early but did not get room till 3:30. they would not give a refund. They offered IVY which allows you special services of one being to book tickets on line. That did not work. Landed up waiting in a long long line. Sad, hotel needs to up their act. For that treatment you can pay a lot less. I go to many places and never if ever give bad ratings but this was ridiculous and very frustrating.
