Paid over $1200 for three nights for an ocean view Got a view of the roof next door When I asked they said that’s what they have for ocean view? Why did I pay extra? Very disappointed. Valet wasn’t available when we got there, no one was there so we had to walk with our luggage.

We pre - paid for a room at Caesar's. When we saw that we were going to be late checking - in we called their front desk, and were told it would be fine as long as arrived by a certain time. On the drive down we called the Caesar's front desk again, PRIOR to their cut - off time, and were told that Caesar's had " double - dipped " and sold our room there to somebody else even though we had pre - paid for our room there, and that they had no more rooms for us ! After we pre - paid ! This a is terrible way to do business .

My only concern was the distance from the self parking lot to the check in and then to the hotel rooms elevators It was cumbersome making that walk with luggage. I did appreciate the moving walkway section.

I booked this room on Expedia because it stated the price I paid Expedia included all fees. I was charged an additional $39.34 fees upon arrival. I was also told the only rooms left were smoking rooms. The smoke was hard to deal with and made me uncomfortable. This was truly a purchase to convenience to the concert Venue because nothing about the expedience was luxury for the $600 spent.

Own staff member at check-in was kind of rude and made me wait an inordinate amount of time first, to call on me when I was next in line and a second time, when he decided to disappear into a back office in the middle of the check-in process for an egregious amount of time after a long and exhausting drive. I was pleasantly surprised after this interaction that everyone else on staff was incredibly personable, patient and helpful. The associate that checked me out was so kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and my room was quiet, so I experienced no issues related to noise from other guests during my stay. Regardless of the rocky start to my stay, I would visit again.
