My room was nice and clean. What I was unhappy with, walking escalator from the parking garage unrepaired. The Yard restaurant wasn't open but advertised? Housekeeping, came to clean the room 8:30pm? No emergency, so this was unprofessional. Too much smoking on the casino floor, breathing unbearable? I've stayed at Bally's before, one of my favorite places to stay, I've seen it operate under better conditions.

Hotel was good. Room was good. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff being loud at the beginning of their shift in the hallway.
