Hotel was ok. Room needed an update and was clean. Bed was firm but doable. A little upsetting that pool and spa was only opened from Thursday-Sunday and we arrived Tuesday, but yet needed to pay resort fee.

Nice Room

The stay was nice and relaxing. I used to go to Bally's all the time. We had an updated Junior Suite which was beautiful. The only downfall is that it's hard to get the front desk when you need something.

My only complaints are that our trash was never picked up or changed and trying to call down to inquire on having it done was useless as it seemed nobody was around to answer the phone. The iron leaked and scalding hot water poured out onto my arm resulting in a burn.

They switched my room last minute, so the two beds I booked I didn’t get. So we had to settle for the pull out couch. Upon arrival I called. No one came. Before I left to go to the boardwalk I called. I come back still nothing. Now we are 4 to a bed. Next day, I call they said they’ll come. Nothing. Went out to have fun still nothing. So we packed up and left. Never again. No sheets, no blankets, & no towels.
