The room served its purpose, but definitely showed its age. Bally’s is an older hotel with threadbare floors and banged up furnishings. There was a long hair in the shower, which grossed me out, and showed it either hadn’t been cleaned or at least not properly. Saying that, I would book it again for the location to my event.

My experience was not pleasant. I asked to speak to a manager which i was hung up on. I walked down to speak to them directly and he advised athe front end lady that he said all he was going to say over the phone. I still would like to speak to corporate about my stay.

I needed a place to stay after going to a concert nearby. This hotel was fine for that. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. I didn't spend much time in the casino nor did I use the restaurants or bars here. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The room could use updates and repair. None of the outlets around the room worked. I had to curl on the floor to reach behind the very heavy and large tv unit to charge my phone. The shower faucet cover was in need of repair as it was hanging off the wall. The air conditioner made a loud noise as it functioned.
