Went for New Year’s Eve and there were Pubic hairs and popcorn in the “clean” bed. When we kindly asked for someone to clean it and Put fresh sheets they told me they would bring me sheets but I had to change them myself because they were short staff.

The initial room they put us in was very small and smelled really bad of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I booked a king bed non smoking room and they switched it when I checked in. Rooms are outdated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

They could’ve cleaned the room better. Valet was nasty and rude. Check in was smooth, the bellhop that bought up my belongings was nice. This is the first hotel where the guest aren’t allowed to use the carts to take up your luggage . The price was good

The room was very clean but dated. Bally's should consider remodeling their rooms & increase the size of the Flat-screen to 50" from the 32" we had. Staff was very courteous & parking was excellent......🤗
