The beds were amazing. The room was spotless. They have good options for food. The front desk was understaffed for check-in time. Stood in line for 30 minutes after doing everything for SELF CHECK IN, that only ended up sending me to the desk AFTER I had completed all the questions, scanned my license, and everything. That irritated me. Check out was no better. I tried to call down to check out, no one would answer the phone. I tried from 10:30am to 10:55. My room was supposed to have a microwave, it did not. I did not call about that, it wasn't worth it. Housekeepers were NOISY in the morning.

Everything was great but had to request for the room to be cleaned since I was told when I called down due to short staffing they don’t clean the rooms until the guest leaves. That’s fine for an overnight stay but I was there for 4 days.
