Had no real issues with the hotel itself, my issue was with how it was listed on Expedia app. Other rooms specified in the title that they were non-smoking but this room did not say anywhere in the title and i checked the full description multiple times and did not see anything that said the room was non-smoking but when I checked in I was informed that it was a non-smoking room and there were no smoking rooms available.

They did not clean the room when I stayed for 2 nights. When I checked out I was told I should have been given a paper saying they are understaffed. I was never given that paper. I would have requested the room needed to be cleaned. I asked for military discount. I was told they could not give me because I booked with expedia. Very disappointed.

The room was extremely dated, very strong smell of bleach when we entered the room. A lot of stains in the hallways. At 3 in the morning the occupants of the room next-door came in and the walls or paperthin kept us up for another couple hours. There was no view from the window, not sure if they were supposed to be, but it was just a wall outside the window.

Stayed in Ballys Tower. Rooms were big, clean and we had a beautiful view of the bay - booked 3 rooms and all were next to each other as requested. The location of the room's was perfect…first set of rooms right off the elevator.

All staff and security were pleasant and helpful. The hotels original art deco furnishings have been well maintained and were a pleasure to experience. All the slot machines card readers scanned my players club flawlessly. Most machines gave me more play time than those at PA casinos.
