The room wasn't clean. It was hair inside of thr bathroom including bath tub. The toylet wasn't working properly, it was very noisy and had to flush more than one time.

If you are looking for a hotel close to Shopping and the Jim Whalen Boardwalk theatre, then this is the place. It is an older hotel. Updates are definitely needed. Some things were odd. I check the bed before I drop my items in the room. The mattress ONLY had a mattress cover that didn't fit properly and two (2) flat sheets. I called housekeeping and they brought up two (2) more flat sheets. Still no FITTED. Odd. There was a big stain on the rug and the dresser cabinets were broken. Some things were fine, like the bathroom. Clean and descent. The surrounding areas were great. It is close to the outlets, the theater for shows, the boardwalk and the bus station. No Uber needed unless you require assistance in walking. A great place to eat at the outlets is "Wing craft". Great burgers, wings and fish. They had cidar from Boston, MA! I felt at home. There are ample gambling places around including the ones within the hotel. There is a Dunkin inside the hotel but they don't have any coolatta's despite being on the menu. The pizza at Bally's was great, until the next morning. Bad night, if you know what I mean. This hotel doesn't live up to my expectations as the Bally's in Las Vegas.

Room was dated which was no big deal. No outlets beside the bed. Shower temperature had zero control. It was either scolding hot or ice cold. The air conditioning didn’t work and we were on the 9th floor, which got a little toasty. Reported the issues to the front desk and reception acted like they couldn’t care less. Will not be going back

The check in service was absolutely terrible. It took 45 minutes to check in as two of three check in staff continued to devote the majority of their time to Bally club members while the line for all of guests continued to grow. One customer service representative had a guest that took an inordinate amount of her time due to a n issue. The manager came out twice to talk to these guests but took no notice of the line, did not bother to take over working the issue himself so that this representative could help other guests, nor took on helping guests himself. Extremely poor management. The room was clean and large in size. Carpeting in the hallways leading to rooms needed to be replaced as it was in poor condition, along with refreshing wall coverings and chair rails. This is not normally the type of thing that I call out in a hotel but it was that noticeable.

Room 975 only thing i did like was the bed was comfortable. The little fridge had a smell to it. The heater was very loud when trying to get the room warm. And the next morning was something I never experience. The toilet was erupting water - all on the toilet stool and floor. We called the front desk and they stated a plumber is coming up. We waited and called several more times, now all reps are busy- really now. So me and my wife decided to leave around 830 something to 9. Couldn't even enjoy the rest of our stay. I want some type of refund or accommodation. I will never stay there again, these hotels are not cheap. These establishments need to do better. All this advertisements and the consumer is disappointed. This was last weekend 10/04-10/05. I'm never disappointed when we stay at the Oceans resorts. Thank you and please respond with something!!!!!

Room was beautiful but needs the door locks repaired Also the fumes of skunk weed was coming in my room and was nauseating I didn’t win but had fun trying Wesley at check-in was very nice and helpful If I had a question and had a few people on the floor from housekeeping to security were very accommodating and were able to answer my questions. Great staff
