There were roaches in the room so I checked out the next day so I didn’t not stay 2days. I talked to the manager and he was suppose to refund me one night and did not. The property was disgusting and did not look like the picture very disappointing

The hotel rooms were uninhabitable due to severe sanitation, safety, and health hazards. The rooms were visibly filthy and infested with cockroaches and bed bugs, creating an unsanitary and unsafe environment. The linens were dirty, the walls contained visible holes as well as blood and urine stains, and there was a strong, foul odor throughout the rooms. The bathrooms were also dirty and unsanitary, further contributing to the unsafe conditions. These issues made it impossible to safely occupy the spaces. Additionally, the lobby area was freezing cold and showed clear signs of water damage on the ceiling, indicating neglect and potential structural concerns. The hotel’s website advertised an included breakfast; however, the front desk staff stated that no breakfast is served, which constitutes false advertising and misrepresentation of services. Due to these combined conditions, the rooms were not fit for human occupancy and the stay could not proceed. Its disgusting do NOT book!

The heating pipes froze and broke from weeks before we arrived, so the heat wasn't pushing to the room like it was supposed to. The other issue was the roaches. Ice machines were down and my room was not cleaned, I found an empty liquor bottle on the floor

No heat in the middle of winter, I told the boss my heat wasn’t working in my room he told me I could go buy my own portable heater. They have roaches that will crawl into your things, and they have very nasty and poor customer service from man at front desk.

The room was disgusting and dirty. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't allow for the 3 adults staying there to each have a room key and deactivated all keys any time we asked for an additional key which was extremely inconvenient.
