I really had a great time here the service was great! only thing I would suggest to improve is the elevators. i had my daughter in the stroller when we were checking out and had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator. I know one was not working so I would hope they fix that soon.

When I arrived the floors were sticky. I had to call the front desk and they sent someone to come mop the room. There were two corona tops thrown around the room which tells me that the people that clean the rooms don't clean them thoroughly. The jetted tub had like orange rings around the jet holes. The pool was closed even though we were not informed of that before booking. We were very disappointed because this was my son's second time in AC and he was looking forward to an indoor pool. If the pool is indoor I don't understand why it wasnt open during the kids spring break. Overall not happy and will not be staying there again
