It was a first trip to AC and we wanted to stay on the boardwalk. Even though it was the middle of January there were a lot of people walking the boardwalk and enjoying themselves .

Birthday getaway

Very nice hotel . Staff and housekeeping are very friendly. Bar one was so much fun . Having a quick bites in the hotel is a life saver . Comfortable beds and hot shower. Bathrooms are cleaned constantly in the casino . The bonus for this hotel is it is connected to hard rock . You can walk over and explore different restaurants.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, we were there two nights, was upgraded, but never told, until I got the bill! My wife complained the smell of stale air common in an older hotel, it didn’t bother me smokers in the casino contributed, my only complaint besides the bill, was the fact I got stopped trying to bring a luggage cart up to my room on checkout day. Never had the experience in 30 years of travel.

The room was a bit dusty. A vape behind chair upon entrance. Called for late check in but room was still canceled had to rebook. They did however waive penalty but still hasn’t confirmed that with third party booking so -600 until this is resolved. The ambiance of the hotel lobby top tier. Casino was nice to me.
