I stayed here for five days four nights. On my second day in the bathroom, there was a very big roach near my foot. I am extremely terrified of bugs and that was absolutely disgusting. I spoke with the front desk manager. They did switch my room, but never actually addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I had to stay here for the remainder of my stay, but I was on edge the whole time

It was alright. It appears that unless one specifically requests it, the default is to place you in the most common room. For me; A room with an undesirable view on a floor with a non working ice maker with a strict check out time and an unclear parking process to name a few.

The room was small but I think the idea is not to hang out inside. Beds were comfortable but there was no daily maid service. Next time I will ask if this is an included service. The garbage overflowing and no maid to pick up or refresh towels. The hotel was mostly clean, but limited staffing seems to be affecting the overall experience.

Nice hotel, great location.

Overall stay was good. I had a king room but in my opinion it was VERY small. It was large enough to just fit a king size bed with little room to spare. The bed was very firm, however the pillows were plush. Closet size bathroom wirh no ventilation & toilet right by the door. Im sure they have lager square footage rooms available if you opt for a suite size. The room service staff were very accommodating when asked for extra bedding, towels , etc. The restaurants and food options on site were good and surprisingly reasonably priced. The hotel location was excellent, located right on the boardwalk and with a beach entrance. It also offers one of, if not the cheapest self parking rates. I would stay here again.
