Got an “upgraded” room to the rendezvous suite - specifically did not choose this room because of how outdated it looked in the pictures - didn’t feel like an upgrade at all - especially when booking a 1 king bed room and being stuck into a 2 queen beds for 2 people - specifically a couple. It was a non-smoking room yet the lingering cigarette smell from the hallway led into the room. The room we were put in was just depressing. Decorations were all dark and just made the room feel depressing meanwhile a hotel room is supposed to give relaxing - was supposed to be a nice weekend getaway and we ended up leaving the night before to go home because we’d rather sit at home then sit in a depressing looking, cigarette smelling, “non smoking” “upgraded” room

They lost my car key i could not leave because they couldn't my car either i was very disappointed and they were disrespectful didn't give me any information at all until the end when i found out a employee took my car key home with them

Having the smoking and non-smoking area on the same floor was horrible, smelt so bad. We had to cut our trip short because of the ambience. Will not recommend.
