My wife and I were assigned to room 265 in the Ocean Tower. The room had a STRONG odor of marijuana. More than mere smoking. The rugs had stains and the view was of the air conditioning unit. When we called and requested a new room we were accommodated quickly. We were moved to the 3rd floor of the Rendezvous Tower which was lovely. The Glitter Bar was lively with a good D.J and nice drink specials. It was nice having the option to get Pizza from Famiglia on the casino floor. Good pizza at a reasonable cost. The hotel staff at Resorts Casino were nice. The place does need to be renovated though.

Excellent room on 10th floor with huge windows. Great AC. King bed very comfortable with nice mattress. Safe area on boardwalk. Great weekday rates and excellent customer service. Single female traveling alone.

The place was okay but I did not like how they didn’t have a place to heat up the food. No microwaves in the room. When I went to the front desk to complain there were other people there to complain about various issues with their rooms as well. We had to go to the front because no one was answering the phones. Also, they kicked my daughter and I out the pool at 5 pm saying kids can’t come in after 2 pm. I thought that was just absurd since checkin is at 4 and the pool is literally the only amenity for kids there. I would not recommend for families.
