Room not efficient for 4 people. Exhaust fan in bath not working, stopper in sink not working. Pole in closet not high enough to hang clothes unless you’re a midget. Clock in room doesn’t work. Felt like I was staying at the econo lodge down the street. In all of my stays at Resorts it was the worst room i ever had and most expensive , especially with nothing going on during that week.

This is the best stay I ever had at Resorts. A room per my booking request. Early check-in. Customer service that went beyond the call of duty. Friendly, helpful staff.

The line for check in was ridiculously long (stood in for at least 30 min) and the express check in kiosk was not working. The hotel reeked of smoke even the floors where there were non smoking rooms. Went to the pool and it was salt water (which burnt my kid’s eyes). This is my first and last time staying at Resorts
