Staff is good. They have 2 towers, Ocean and rendevous. Ocean tower is OLD and worn. Bathroom is tiny, Shower/ tub is high (tub) with a half glass shield. Small desk area with a chair that is the wrong style and is so worn you sink too low to work at the desk Entire complex is dated .and caters to an older crowd, has a very flat, monotone vibe. The hotel smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Even on non smoking floors and rooms the smell was overwhelming. There was also very sketchy people all over the hotel. Would not recommend if you have kids or want to stay for any event

They gave me a room that was a part of the suite. The person next-door appeared to be intoxicated and was screaming and put her TV very loudly. we had to call security two times. She did put the volume of TV little bit lower, but we still had no chance to relax.. after we went downstairs to talk to the front desk representative she offered us to move to another room . She called bell boy and in the middle of the night we had to move to another room. The question : why she moved out to another room why not person who cause a trouble. The resort was ok. There wasn’t much else to do except gambling. The food selection was limited and the staff weren’t overly friendly. Overall was an ok stay but may not stay here again in the future.
