The beach view was fairly good (Rm 209). Good big room. But on Wed. morning there was a mentally ill woman screaming/yelling in the next room, some time after she stopped, security knocked on my door and asked me to step out. I explained the situation that it was the room next to mine and they let me be.

The room smelled like cat pee and musty. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, our room was near the elevator and we heard it moving all night. Lastly, when we were getting ready to leave in the morning, we found dried blood splatters on the base of the bathroom inside on both sides of the lower door frame and walls. It was slightly difficult to check in and out and the whole casino smelled like smoke and we couldn’t stand even walking through it.

You cannot breathe in this hotel, the smell of cigarettes is overpowering and you smell it everywhere. The rooms are also outdated, curtains have nasty stains, bathroom sinks are also stained and water smells disgusting. Terrible experience, will never come back.

We took a Deluxe room. The room has insufficient lights, bathroom was tiny, sink was clogged, clothing closet had no lights! We had to warm our child's food, there was no microwave, I called the front desk and the person gave me an idea that I was the first one to ask for microwave in this century! To make all things even harder, we saw a small live mouse ran from the table towards the closet. The only thing I like was the parking facility, even though it had a charge. I spent $1k+ in their slow casino. Nothing that motivated me to reconsider this place ever again. I felt like the Resort has lost its focus on guests and barely surviving. I felt bad.
