Check in was a smooth process except for an incorrect spelling on my address which was probably because the clerk was distracted. Valet was alright except for some minor scratches on the car and a crack in the windshield. The car was spotless when i dropped it off at valet.

We stayed 2 nights in a suite. When we first arrived, the toilet was dirty. Housekeeping NEVER cleaned the rooms for the duration of our stay; but only offered us towels. Unacceptable
