I didn’t realize that I booked a room in the Old Chelsea Hotel. It’s an interesting setup, especially if you like to be a bit away from the casino floor. Room only had one towel. Called front desk, they transferred me to housekeeping. No answer only machine. Message left no towels ever arrived. Drain in the shower partially clogged. And horrible flat pillows. I never leave reviews but I’m tired of paying for substandard quality.

Mold in the room
Obvious carpet water damage and mold near the door to the room. I've now been sick for 2 days and feel it is probably linked to that.
