Check in was very smooth and the staff were amazing, kind, and very helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is also a walkable distance to Prudential Center which was the reason for my trip. Amazing staff and amazing stay!

My experience with Robert Treat Hotel was beyond awful. They are money oriented and not customer oriented. They do not have any professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially my family and friends.

Hotel is clean and tidy, some rooms are looking a little tired, but all are clean and comfortable amd great value for money. The hotel shuttle bus to the airport and train station is excellent service. Happily recommend this hotel.

One elevator in operation for the entire hotel. The safety of female guests who travel alone needs consideration. I did not feel safe in that hotel room located at the end of the 6th floor further in a that secluded corner end of the 6th floor with an exit door leading to a staircase extremely noisy, at a $285.00 price tag, unconscionable!

When we entered we immediately smelled cat piss and the bed was very uncomfortable, the linens were stained and the sheet was like single ply toilet paper, you could see the mattress underneath. The mattress itself was like those at a college dorm, no cushioning. During the night the room reeked of cigarette smoke and it lingered. The staff was not super helpful, we asked to use the stairwell since the elevator was taking so long but they just said to wait. The Newark area was not comfortable to walk around at night

The rooms were very clean, the staff was welcoming and eager to assist with the checkin process. The AC in my room didnt work and they moved me immediately. My experience was a peaceful one
