We had to ask for conditioner as it had 2 shampoos and body lotion in shower, bedding had multiple stains, past visitors garbage was left in room. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.

Front desk clerk was nice upon check in, room was clean and hotel is next to the airport. Food from TKP restaurant (inside the hotel) was okay. My only complaint is the bed… it’s kinda hard and not too comfortable. Overall, nice stay.

I regret not knowing the name of the only good staff to be supportive but overall the staff picks and chooses who they want to treat well. I asked for bottles of water and although charged to my room the staff treated me like I was asking for a million dollars. I was told to get water out of the vending machine which even being willing to pay $3 for a bottle the vending machines were sold out on water. I will not be staying at another Crown Plaza especially this one in Elizabeth NJ ever again.
