I’m done
This hotel needs to shut down and be updated. They had some sort of water leak and the lobby and hallways on first floor were being dried with heaters and fans. The rooms are so-so. The bathroom needs updating. The tub spout was barely attached. The water wasn’t draining properly so you stood in water. I’ve stayed here about 6 times. It wasn’t bad 5 years ago but has gotten worse each time since. I keep saying this is the last time I stay here but this was the last. Never again unless they update

This place is not great. The location is convenient, but not a good area. Its also noisy, highway and train nearby. The staff is ok, but I usually have some sort of issue when I stay here. They charge for parking, $20 per vehicle. I paid an additional $40 because of this. This rate is unreasonable considering how sketchy the area is and the condition of the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels much better than this where I did not have to pay anything extra for parking. Also, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I woke up panicked. Apparently a pipe burst or something and water was coming in the hotel. Staff did not reach out to let guests know what was going on. Just a bad experience overall.

When I checked in. I was given a room, but it wasn't the right room I had booked a suite. The front desk person told me that I had the biggest room they had there, I showed him the picture of the room I was suppose to have and he said I am sorry we don't have a room like that here. As we walked away he called us back and said he had read the code wrong and that he is going to upgrade me. How do you upgrade for something I am already paying for, I did get the correct room. There is a loud train that runs every 15 minutes. The phones in the rooms do not work. Our faucet in the bathroom was coming off of the counter and there was not drain stopper in the sink. On our second day there we are woken up to fire alarms at 4 am. There was a water coming from the ceiling in the lobby. For 2 days we did not have breakfast and there was no compensation for it. The elevator and hallway smelled like marijuana. We were there for 5 days and it was not pleasant
