Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk staff very helpful. “Restaurant” staff were very unfriendly and took a long time to get served sooo very unhelpful. So much so we went next door to the Holiday Inn restaurant Teds Bar & Grill and had excellent service and delicious meal.

I really thought this hotel was going to be better than a motel 6, but somehow it’s not . A few things I didn’t like : 1. You have to pay for parking $27 a day , when I stayed I had to park on street and they still charge me the $27 per day for 4 days ( I would like a refund ) . 2. Rooms are out dated 3. Refrigerator not working 4. Carpet was stained 5. Staff not too friendly 6. Shower faucet was falling apart My experience was not what I paid for. The room are not cheap but property is.

A good Place to Stay When Taking a Cruise

The hotel was conveniently located near Newark Airport and provided complimentary transport to airport The staff was friendly and attended to all of our needs. The room was spacious and well appointed but th bathroom could use refurbishment as the cabinet paint was chipping. I feel that there is a need for additional breakfast venue offerings as the buffet was expensive and the. Food was not the best.

Entry and exit gate was not user friendly. Also, the gate was unmanned contributing to the confusion.

The property was exceptional. The lobby and social areas were large and inviting. The gym offered more equipment and variety than most other hotels. We had a late dinner in the lobby restaurant and were very happy with the menu choices and food quality. If I were to suggest when change it would be to the pool hours. Typically we find the pools to be open until 9:00 or 10:00 where this was closed at 8:00 p.m. which was a little disappointing to not have enough time for a swim with the kids.
