The hotel stay was good. Clean rooms, good food. The pool was extremely cold heating system is down. Parking is very difficult and very expensive. Also there is one front desk lady brown skin wears glasses she's not very professional carry's a short tone of annoyed at check in or request for reactivating hotel cards. I would stay again just will call about the pool I work out. And I would avoid that staff member at the front desk

Although our arrival was late, the team made her an hour reservation in a fast and expedient manner. They even provided some extra support for our trip, knowing that it had been a long journey to get to them due to delays at the airport.
