No more open pools in Newark

The hotel stay was amazing very cleaned it even smelled clean. The breakfast was good coffee was good the bed was very ! Comfortable. My only downfall was to find out the pools are indefinitely closed in Newark.

Reception desk personnel were not happy doing their job, always seemed rude. The bathroom door lock was broken and even after reporting it, wasn’t fixed. Worst part was the daily breakfast where they served tasteless sandwiches every day. Didn’t expect that from a Hilton brand!

Check in went smoothly. There was a very noisy group staying in a room close by, but frankly, I was too tired to do anteing about it. Room was large and clean, but it had a moldy smell. Window shades barely worked.

Felt like Motel 6. Used to embassy level

307 Bathroom sink cracked. Bathroom door broke. AC latch broken. Pool closed indefinitely. 3 main lights to rm didn’t work. Knob to dresser missing. I’m 6’7 and notice the dust on top cabinets. If not staying 1 night, I would ask for a room change
