Parking

The hotel was wonderful. My only problem was no parking, especially handicapped, near the front of the building. I parked in the back in a handicapped spot. Then had to use my walker to go around the building to the front. I was this n so much pain when I got to the front desk. I didn’t use my “check in using phone” because i had trouble logging in. Just try to figure some to make it easier for disabled people to check in. Thank you.

The room was designed poorly. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. I will not book again because of this reason.

Wonderful trip!

My stay at Homewood Suites was wonderful. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite with my family, and it felt just like home—clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the room had everything we needed, from a fridge to a microwave. We only spent one night on our way to Niagara Falls after visiting the Statue of Liberty, but it was one of the best stays ever. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for families, and I look forward to coming back.
