Pro: If you’re looking for a cheaper stay to bus in to New York, this is a great location. The bus picks you up right across the street. The hotel is big and has a pretty decent breakfast in the morning. The staff is helpful. Con: the hotel could definitely use some TLC. All lobby furniture was stained and dirty. Hallway walls and room doors were stained and dirty with smudges. Our suite had stains all over the carpet

When we arrived to our room, we were leas than impressed. It was very much in need of some updating, the toilet seat was so loose that it almost was falling off, and the shower head was broken. Maintenence had to come replace the shower head, and fix the toilet. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were scratchy and uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfaat was inedible. We stayed for 4 nights, and we had to reactivate our key cards everyday. The staff was polite and helpful, but we will not be staying at this location again.

Like: This room is great on maximum occupancy (5 people), with two separate areas with wall and door in between. Each side has a TV. Not like: The carpet need to be cleaned better (there is a smell of dust whenever I enter the room. The carpet outside of the room also need to be cleaned better.

I hope the staff are paid well because they are the only good part of this property. This property is old in a way that’s not charming.. it reflects negligence. Everything is dirty and broken and torn up. The doors struggle to open. The AC is noisy, the bathroom curtains are torn. The bathroom is disgusting. It was one of those nights where I didn’t want to put anything down because I didn’t want the room to get my things dirty. The lobby is run down too. Didn’t even go to the pool.

This hotel is super basic but location wise and price it was great. We caught a city bus literally across the street that took us to the heart of Times Square for $5 a person .

LaQuinta Horror

This place was completely old and smelled. The walls looked like they were damaged and patch work was incomplete. Also the windows had a huge crack with tape on it and the curtains had blood stains on it. My children and I literally checked in and out. Thankfully we were able to get a room at Hilton homes which was so wonderful even though the travel added 25mins to dreamworks it was well worth the comfort cleanliness and the free breakfast.

For a 3 day away from home it was good. Kids loved the pool. Having the bus app helps knowing when to leave to go somewhere. Certain shopping stores are close by like Tjmax but a little walk to Walmart. Either way it was nice and a relaxing time away. Would definitely come back

staff were so nice and got checked in and out fast, but the room was extremely dirty. other people’s hair was stuck in the bathroom shower and walls. the carpet did not look or feel clean at all and it had an odd smell of fish.

Parking was good..... convenient to the bus stop and access to the NJ Transit and easy bus ride into NYC. Hotel needs a update and security update for peace of mind when leaving hotel for the day.

Where to start.....DO NOT STAY HERE. The first room we were given had what appeared to be blood or pizza sauce stains all over carpet, no electric socket covers, no doors on closet, ceiling damage that was not repaired, phone did not work properly, stains all over couch, tv stand in living area had been chewed up by a dog perhaps, toilet clogged on first use, sink would not drain unless the shower was on, no light bulbs in light fixtures, no back on the tv remote, stained mattress and carpet was filthy. It really looked like a flop house! Second room.....well as soon as we used the bathroom....the toilet paper holder came crashing off the wall, we were in town for a concert and no one had anything available nearby or we would have left. I feel bad for the workers as we met so many other guests who had to be moved as well for fithly rooms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY FILTHY PLACE!! Outside was just as bad as the rooms, pool water looked like you should stay away from that as well.
