Toilet kept running. No free breakfast after I paid 500.00 to stay for 2 nights. Keurig was filthy. Ice machines didn't work at all. Very unhappy

Staff was great! Dante was perfect for our check in and was especially helpful when asked for a new pillow. With that being said housekeeping was a bit lacking with a drool stain on one of the pillows, and stains on the carpet which I understand are a hard thing to treat between guests. Hot tub was out of order which was sad, but the pool was open and enjoyable.

The place was nice and it was very pretty, but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed situation. It made my body very itchy for some reason and that made me really concerned. I hope they look into it.

As mentioned in other reviews, only the 167Q bus is available. You can board and get off the bus at a stop just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. When we booked, the schedule for the New York-bound bus included early morning hours, but it was later changed to start from 9 a.m. We liked that we could get to New York cheaply for around $5. The downside is that the facilities are old. The mattress made a lot of noise whenever we moved. Overall, I would rate it 4 stars.

Only issue I noticed was my room door did not close completely without a bit of a nudge. Luckily I noticed this before leaving the room for the first time. I could see a case where just walking out and not pulling the door shut behind you could lead to an unsecured room.

great mini-shop selection at front desk, beds were comfortable but also pretty noisy with movement, internet was okay for the basics, pool area was surprisingly calm!

The room was clean. The refrigerator door was broken so it couldn’t close properly. I had to lift the door to close each time I opened it. There was construction going on first floor. The hot tub was non functional. When my wife and I asked the front desk for towels at the pool we were told “they’re in the dryer, someone will bring them shortly”. The towels never arrived. Upon check-in there was no one at the front desk. I waited a few minutes before Fabian arrived. There was no urgency and he would speak and I assumed he was speaking to me, but he was speaking to an ear piece. Very dismissive and distracting. It took 30 minutes before I was checked in and some issue needed to be fixed. I paid for breakfast in advance when I booked on Expedia. On my second day I was asked if I wanted to charge the breakfast to my room. I explained it should already be included. Hopefully I wasn’t charged double for breakfast or I will be reaching out for refund of services.
