I stayed at this hotel for the past 3 days. I have stayed at the same hotel 4-5 times in New Jersey over the past few years. However, this trip was a nightmare. The first day, the toilet in the bathroom did not flush, so I had to change rooms at 5 am. However, the sink in the room I changed to did not flush, and the toilet was also broken. Do you know the inconvenience of having to use the lobby bathroom at dawn? Who will compensate for this suffering?

First of all the furniture looks way too outdated. The room door is falling apart, it smells very humid, bed is uncomfortable, the shower makes a whistle noise the whole time it is on, overall doesn’t deserve the Hilton name. It was not worth the money. Only positive is friendly staff

The staff were friendly, but when I first visited, I couldn't breathe due to the dirty smell from the dusty carpet, so I closed the door immediately. Fortunately, there was a cleaner around, and when I complained, they sprayed some baking soda, but it was unpleasant all day. While waiting for my car, I tried to sit in the lobby, but the couch was covered in spots, and the pool water was murky and unpleasant. Additionally, the jacuzzi was dirty and had caution tape around it, indicating it was not in use.
